Nice friendly people & very helpful staff.

We have been patients for almost 15 yrs. Cello ended up having 5 teeth removed and 2 growths. For the first time in all these years, I never saw or spoke to Dr for surgery or follow up visit. All questions were relayed and answered thru an assistant. I’m glad she is 15 or would be finding a new vet which I still might. Very disappointing. This was not Dr. Fetzer’s way. I understand alot of the changes but not this one. I have referred many.

We visit with out guinea pigs for nail trims. We feel so welcome and loved when we come in. It makes me feel so happy that our ladies get pedicures with people who genuinely enjoy working with them! We love coming in, and if you had a vet specializing in exotics, we d come to you guys for all our needs.

I was a little surprised that there was no follow up phone call the next day to see how it was going or if we had any questions like they have always done in the past.

I love how friendly they are to me and more importantly to my dog, Tucker. They also spend a lot of time with my dog and I appreciate how thorough they are.

I appreciate that they were able to see gizmo very quickly. And it’s comforting to know that they remember him every time he comes in.

I was really impressed, how helpful and attentive ALL the staff was. Doctor called me as soon. As she got results for my cat, even on the weekend. Highly recommend this place!

Everyone was great and I felt like my dog was in good hands and was important to them. Anytime your willing to get on the floor with my pet and talk with her and examine her, it’s a great thing.

We had our 4 year old dog’s teeth cleaned and we’re very happy with the results! The appointment, updates we received and pick up were exactly as promised. Her breath no longer smells bad and her teeth are noticeably whiter. She’s had no side effects from the procedure. Thanks to everyone @ APVH!
