Looks like you got some new staff. The new people are more friendly and knowledgeable, no offense to the old people. The new intake questions are good, assessing how I care for and feed my dog. This elevates your practice in my opinion. Kathy is just as curt as always lol. She may be efficient but she never seems happy. She is not the best person for answering the phone and making appointments; she makes it seem like hard work. I m sure she is very dedicated but less customer contact might serve everyone well, unless you can inject a little joy into her.

The office staff and Doctor M are rock stars! Saw my boy with our emergency 25 min before closing. Solved our problem with utmost care. Thank you Arlington Park Veterinary Hospital.

Artlington park veterinary is a great place to take your pet they are great and very friendly place I would take my dog any where else

Am hoping that you will be able to figure out same day or soon appointments for sick pets so that we don t have to use Golf Rose and pay emergency prices for non-emergent though urgent issues. It was easy to get an appointment because we got a reminder postcard in the mail regarding yearly vaccines. It is usually not easy to be seen.

The team is always to friendly and genuinely concerned about the well-being of the patient.

not sure of the vet techs name but she was very sweet with my big baby and very good telling me what I needed to do with her ears. as always the vet was also very nice. glad my fiance Dave Sanches had me continue to be take her this hosp.

Everyone at the vet s office was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I could tell they cared about my pet.

Bill was itemized with prices, but it is always a shock at the cost of things. The medication prices seem inflated. Also, not sure if all the tests were fully explained as to what for and why needed.
