The staff is wonderful and takes great care of my dog. Dr.Mottonen is fantastic and I wouldn’t want my dog to see anyone else. Kathy and Katie at the front desk are great too.

Everything was a five star. Max was there all day for an glucose curve. I would like to have the actually numbers that were taken through the day. I thought they were included on the bill.

When are we able to come inside with our animals? To see they are getting the services we are requesting?

Everything was good, the Dr. was especially good in addressing any concerns or questions in a pleasant and professional manner.

Although I appreciate the explanation of services (vaccines) that we’re going to be given, it would’ve been nice to see the print out of all of the costs before all of the shots were given. I was surprised of the final bill.

Excellent care for our dog Max! Dr. Mottonen and the staff are wonderful. The only frustration was having to wait a month to get the teeth cleaning done.

I’m very pleased with the care Bella received here yesterday! I’m happy they took the time out to let me ask questions and provide helpful answers and advice along with the and thorough exam on her. I am happy they performed the cytology on Bella’s paws and the injection they administered has so far done wonders on her and seems to be helping a lot! Thank you so much!

The power was out, but we all managed.

We love the caring attitude and professionalism of Dr. Chiuro. She has a wonderful way of interacting with our elderly cat that sets him at ease. He usually is quite anxious with other vets. Dr. Chiuro is thorough and explains all of our options for care, without trying to strong arm us into extensive unnecessary tests/treatments like other vets have done. Your vet tech that took care of billing, etc. was also very friendly. I was saddened to see the usual friendliness of the young vet tech with Downs Syndrome more subdued than in years past. She usually has been very happy to interact with us and our cat, but was very quiet and reserved. Perhaps the past two years with Covid restrictions have been hard for her or she has suffered a recent loss. Having worked throughout my career with adults and children with special needs, I have liked seeing her enjoying being part of your staff. We hope that everything is ok with her and her family and friends. We were also glad to see everyone in person and hope you relax your mask and distancing precautions soon, so we can interact even more. It’s so important to have that reassuring eye contact when talking about the needs of our pet friends. Sitting in a car and talking on the phone the past two years resulted in miscommunication with one of your other vets. We do thank you for taking such good care of our elderly kitty, Frodo.

We have two dogs, and only one appointment was made for one dog; even though two phone calls were made to set up appointments with each dog. I did not like the process inside of the office of waiting at the end of the appointment to pay inside the exam room. It took a very long time and could be more efficient.

The appointment and visit to the office went great. However, I am frustrated with the communication leading up to the appointment. I made the appointment for 8:00am, which was confirmed via email. However, I received several emails, texts, and a voicemail trying to confirm an appointment time of 8:10am. I called the office and they confirmed the 8:00am time, but I continue to receive confirmation requests for 8:10am. Everything was fine and worked out at 8:00am, but it was annoying during the several days leading up to the appointment.

We had a good visit. I would have liked an itemized list of each charge. The bill was considerably bigger than I had expected. I understand that things have gone up in price.

We are very happy with gizmos treatment and the staff!
