This was our first visit with our dog--she was very nervous waiting in the exam room but as soon as the vet came in and got down on the floor with her she became so calm with the exam--it was extraordinary! We feel like we have chosen the best facility for our dog since our previous vet just retired. Staff very courteous and caring.

Well, the service was very expensive snd i will look around for alternative vets.

I have been going here with all of my pets for over 20 years. I love the place and all but now will be leaving as the prices are not competitive. We paid almost 1,000 dollars to spay a stray that I found in the woods. This is not at all a way to help keep animals spayed and neutered and I am frankly not able to continue here is this is the fee for such an integral service to animals. Also no account of any warning for a fee that is 1,000 dollar bill for services was given so I am not sure of the utility of this practice for average working people who love and help animals. We also never even saw a doctor. Strange. Things have changed wince DR Fetzer who is the reason we went to this place for so long.

I began using your vet services a year ago, and so far everything has been great! The only improvement I can suggest would be to digitalize service receipts/payments so that it s easier for me to submit reimbursement with veterinary insurance. As it is, I have to scan and upload payment receipts manually. Thank you.

Diesel was in on Jan. 31 for dental surgery/cleaning. They did a fantastic job. No more bad breath! He handled the surgery very well. And they called the next day to check and see how he was doing!

I would have appreciated some contact from the vet and not just all from a vet tech. The phone call after the procedure I felt should have come from the vet. It made me wonder if the vet tech did the entire procedure.

I was so impressed by everyone’s kindness and knowledge. I so appreciated the time the doctor spend getting to know my pup and explaining when to schedule the pups procedure and why. Couldn’t imagine how they could improve.

As far as #1, when I called with an emergency visit request, they were booked out 2 weeks but I was told that I would be put on a cancellation list for the next day. And lo & behold, got a call the next day that they had an opening and would be able to see my dog!!!! Yay!

All my pets have been bought to Arlington Park for over 40yrs. I would NEVER want to have my little boys boarded or treated at any other hospital. Amazing Place. Amazing Staff.
