I m allergic to pet hair and the room I was in had a ton of pet fur all over the floor (my dog doesn t shed and I m not allergic to her) the hair/fur got trapped in my clothes and I was itchy for a while and had to pick out fur pieces from my dogs hair too. It would have been nice to have the room swept before another client enters to avoid this. I can understand not all hair gets swept up but there was clumps rolling around the size of tumbleweed...

I would like to be able to come in to see and say Hello to the staff. I so appreciate their love of all our pets.

I called to make an appointment for my dog for a situation that had popped up quickly and needed attention. After explaining my situation to the woman who works at the front desk, I was told the vet was booked for the next week and a half to 2 weeks. I explained my dog was in pain and just needed medication. I was told, Everyone has something. The tone was rude and not empathetic. As a place that takes care of people s beloved family members, I would hope that the tone and way of communicating with customers would be kind, patient, and empathetic. I experienced the opposite. I eventually got an appointment because of a cancellation, but I think much greater care needs to be taken on how customers are spoken to on the phone. This isn t the first time this type of experience has happened. I m a fan of giving people chances, but ultimately, when my dog is in pain and needs medication, I expect something to be done, whether that s referral to another vet, allowing me to simply pickup the medication I need (one I ve had to get for my dog many times), or something else. Things worked out okay in the end, but I m still deeply unsatisfied with the way I was addressed on the phone.

My sister and I have been bringing our 4legged babies here for a very long time. No other vet place will ever do.

I really appreciated the individual one on one attention to my pet, getting down on the ground at Lucy s level, put Lucy s and my self at ease and confident that our visit was going to be an excellent experience!

Waited for a while, but I kept myself busy working on my phone, so it didn t bother me. If I didn t have a lot things to work on, I probably would have felt a bit impatient.

The doctor and the receptionist were very nice and they really seemed to care about my pet.

I have switched from another vet office and couldn’t be happier. I’m very pleased with the care my cat is receiving.
