The most kindness to pets and their owners that I have ever experienced with a veterinary office. I have been coming to Arlington Park since 2018 for the care of my cat. I have moved further away this year but still return for cat maintenance ! I truly love this vet clinic and their employees.

I love Arlington Park Vet. I’ve been going there for years. I brought my dog in because she had a bump at the entrance to her rectum. He said I’ve never seen one like this before and kept saying hmmmm, hmmmm. He said she would have to have surgery and have it biopsied. He said it could be an autoimmune disease, he didn’t think cancer. He also said when removing the lump, if he hits a nerve, she may have the issue of non-controlled stools. I was nervous with that, so I went for a second opinion. The doctor said he see’s them all the time. It’s just a polyp. Dogs get them all the time. He’s removed a ton of them. He said he would do it right there and then. He sedated her, removed it, put a stitch in and she’s fine. No testing it. The vet at your office was going to charge me $600.00. I paid $300.00. I feel if he wasn’t confident, I rather would’ve had him refer me to someone else in the office or a different vet.

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Sorry to say that Gracie is not a fan though. So I also was not at my best. But you all take it in stride and made me feel more comfortable. Even if Gracie was not! Great care as always. Thank you!

To concerned about payment and money and lack of spending time with pet owner. Dr never spoke with me after annual exam. Vet tech mostly concerned about payment and upsetting. Prices were high. Overall visit was satisfactory but not enough for me to recommend your practice to anyone else.

I still do not understand why we have to wait outside. Even in a regular doctor/dentist/etc. office you can go inside. COVID restrictions are LIFTED and this is a Vet. Move Forward, not backwards. Otherwise, I would have liked to converse IN PERSON with the vet, not on the phone.
