All very friendly. My dog is my child and he was treated like the prince that he is.

I had a necessary appointment with my dog scheduled for 12:30 on Monday. When I arrived, I found out that the office had problems with phone line and the secretary was unable to reach the doctor. My dog suffers from recurring ear infection and the office staff was aware of the situation. Today is the end of a day Tuesday and no one called me to reschedule. At this point, I have no.choice but to find a new provider for our pet. I feel neglected and it is very unfortunate because we like the vet.

Kathy was, and is always is so great to me! Even when I m freaking out! Thank you all!

First, thank you to everyone for doing what you can to provide us with a good experience for us and our pet. Having had to do curbside services since 2020 during the times our dog had her scheduled visits and urinalyses, it was very nice this time to be able to enter with Polly for this year s annual visit. For us, it s easier to communicate with the doctor face-to-face, especially since Polly had a separate issue this time that we needed to discuss beyond the routine visit. Speaking with Kathy on the phone and seeing Dr. Mottonen and one other person (whose name I don t know - a friendly woman who was assisting), and Katie also being there to help us in, it was a very friendly visit. We were there at the end of the day and had to wait for the prior patient s appointment to be done, which is why there was a longer wait in the car. We were very happy with the extra care and attention Dr. Mottonen gave Polly, and I liked being inside the building again to see the staff--like in the olden days. :) Receiving the lab results the way they were sent is a nice touch! I like being able to access and refer to them, and the messaging with the Dr through the system was nice when we couldn t make contact on the initial call. Thanks again, everyone! ~ Shannan Raucci

The care for our pet was nice as always. Frustrated with our bill. Procedure price is not accurate. If bloodwork and other things are a necessary part of a procedure it should be a part of the price given. Totally ridiculous to be told a cost and have it be over $300 more in the end. Very upsetting

So our dog is on thyroid meds. We have his thyroid tested every year. For this exam on 2/19, the vet called us while Odcar was being examined and had instructed us that we had to give the dog his meds in the morning for the blood test. We typically give him the meds in the evening. I feel if we had been communicated with better, we would have complied and had given Oscar his meds in the morning for the weeks following up to the appointment so we do not have to return and pay for another blood draw. As we work, its hard for us to take the time to bring him back for the test. I wish we had been instructed when we first booked the appointment instead of while he was there. But other than that event we are pleased with the service we have been given for many years.

This is the second appointment in which we had to wait in our car for almost 30 min before being seen. My dog had such bad anxiety and was shaking the entire time. Also, the doctor looked at my dog s ears, found nothing of concern, and charged me over $50. He called back two minutes after taking her, so I literally paid $50 for 2 minutes of his time. I think that s a bit ridiculous. The doctor and staff were very nice and caring towards my pet, which I really appreciate.

Honestly, we are disappointed that nearly two years into Covid, you are still making the pet owners sit in there car. It was 2 degrees below zero and I am triple vaccinated and paying the bill. Why am I not let inside?? I gave the cleanliness of your office one star because I DON T KNOW WHAT THE OFFICE LOOKED LIKE.
