Decrease the focus on trying to “sell” treatments that all pets may or may not need at tht time. Education should and could focus on letting pet owners know options. Give pet owners a personalized plan of health for the pet and wAys to achieve tje plan

The vet did test, but did not tell me the cost. The bill was too high. I fell I was forced to have these test. Not HAPPY.

You guys are great. I feel like everyone really cares about my pet. And the doctor takes that extra time to explain exactly what’s going on.

The tech that was with us was very kind and helpful. I liked that he took the time to explain what I was being billed for and the updated vaccine schedule. He also made sure to check in on us while we waited for the busy vet. Both the tech and vet axplainef everything in great detail which I was very appreciative of.

Excellent service

This was an emergency 2 day stay while I was in the hospital. They took in RED on 30 second notice and that was a big issue solved for myself. 5 stars in not adequate they are a 10+ in my view. Thanks for the outstanding service. Joe Fischer, Jr.
