I really love Bentley Animal Hospital. Everyone there is very nice an interested in my pup!

I took my pet in for grooming and was very very pleased she looked great and they paid close attention to her nails and face. As I had asked. My Maltipoo looks so pretty.

There are times when I call, it is difficult to hear the person there is so much background noise, ie loud talking.

The staff was wonderful! We had a great experience!

Bentley Animal Hospital is amazing. There’s a reason that I drive from Clayton to Fenton for all my dogs needs. It’s you, all of you!!

My main vet (County Animal Hospital) referred us to you as well as VSS because their doctors had already left for the day. I opted to pay a slightly higher emergency room fee ($150 vs $115 assuming I heard them correctly on the phone) in order to be seen immediately versus having to wait an extended period of time to be seen. (From Bentley I was told I could be seen quickly if I got there by 5:30 versus VSS told me vaguely that, All of their doctors were currently seeing patients and there were a few people waiting. So thank you so much for being completely honest with the fact that you had nearly no wait time, since I am very well aware of the fact that my dogs ripped open paw pad was not a life threatening emergency. I was happy to drive a little farther (I live 2 minutes from VSS) to get quicker care for my dog and pay for that convenience of not having to wait. (Also one time, different dog, I had to wait like 3 hours in the middle of the night to be seen at VSS and didn t want to do that again.) Anyways, Zoey was seen very fast, the staff kept calling us with a treatment plan and updates while we waited outside, and then treated her quickly and got her back to us. All in all it was just over an hour, but the most expensive squirrel she s ever caught. I did cut off the compression bandage that night, but it was still bleeding slightly so I rewrapped it. Took it off in the morning to clean it, and then wrapped it again. Repeated in PM. It has been open since the bleeding stopped and still cleaning it 2xd with Nolvasan. I also bought her waterproof dog booties to keep her foot protected and dry on walks since I didn t think that an IV bag would suffice for 3 walks a day for 2 weeks. So far she s doing great! Stitches are holding and looking good, and hopefully that progress continues until she is able to get her stitches removed. Thank you!

The staff is so friendly and is genuinely interested in Dash. He gets the medical attention and treatment necessary.

I really appreciated Dr Reiter s concern about showing me how to treat my cats ear infection and explaining in detail but in layman s terms what he saw and how we might proceed with treating her, most concerning problems first.

Do not like that we must wait in the car while procedures being done. Require masks. If I can eat in a restaurant I should be able to be with my pet during a visit.

Really wish I could go into the office with my dog. I wasn’t really comfortable leaving her alone especially because she was abused. I know it was because of Covid but I’m thinking of taking her somewhere else where I can go in with her with PPE. Thank you. Denise Strittmatter

It was easy to make an appointment. All my questions were answered in detail and I appreciate all the brochures and print outs to help me learn about my dog s medication and to help me remember instructions for care and the follow up appointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side was that I had to wait nearly 2 hours in my car for the visit. The first 30 minutes of waiting could have been avoided if there was a way to fill out the new client paperwork online ahead of time. I m not sure why it took another 30 minutes for my dog to get picked up for her exam. It seemed like there were a lot of other clients visiting as well. I m wondering if too many pets were scheduled for the same time slot? I m hopeful that our next appointment won t take so long since we already got the new client paperwork out of the way.
