I appreciate getting Ortiz in quickly and the staff are great. Wish the prices were as nice; $275 wasn t in my budget at all. I don t bring Ortiz for treatment regularly because it always costs $200+ which is difficult at the best of times.

Everyone was extremely nice on the phone and in person. This is the first office I ve been able to come into with my pets this year- which put me at ease. And Dr. Reiter explained everything ahead of time along with giving a price estimate. I highly recommend them!

The info I rcvd about my dog was very helpful and informative. I had a hard time finding your office and did not have the correct phone nbr. Never saw the office but the staff was very polite.

We visited after my dog Joy was in serious accident, being dragged by my car. The staff was excellent in their reaction to our situation and the care that Joy received was outstanding. Given the circumstances of our accident and my emotional state when Joy and I arrived, I will never be able to fully express my gratitude for how I was treated. The staff and Dr. Reiter were SOOO gentle and kind to me. They helped me get calm and encouraged me to cope with the extreme guilt I felt about Joy’s injuries. Thank you all so much. We will never forget your amazing care and service to our family at such a traumatic time.

Both the technician and the Dr answered all my questions for my new puppies first appointment. My little puppy was treated so gently she had a wonderful experience at Bentley Animal Hospital.

How about including nail trims with visits where you spend several hundred dollars? Paying $12 for a nail trim that takes 2 minutes is excessive....especially when you are already paying hundreds of dollars for check-ups/procedures.

There for grooming only. I asked for the groomer to let me know exactly what was done for Lily. 2nd time I asked, 2nd time it was not done. I don t see the groomer nor does she attempt to contact me.

Go over how much everything is and what its going to costs with new clients. No one told me anything about how much a first puppy visit would cost. Not that money is a problem but that was the only thing thats wasnt explained. Other then that they were amazing and helpful and they talked to me and not at me

The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable of our dog’s issue. We were very pleased with their caring service.

The vet and vet tech did an amazing job of explaining what was wrong with my cat and her paw. They gave me incredible instructions on how to take care of her. They also gave me a free bag of shredded newspaper since I didn’t have any for litter use. The vet also went out of her way to show me something else that Was unrelated but very helpful to know. And gave me a lot of knowledge on how to treat the situation.

We are thoroughly happy with and grateful for the care which the veterinarians and staff of Bentley Animal Hospital have provided our dogs since we first brought them in in 2016, including their most recent visits.

Our dogs were in and out of there in minutes for a nail trim. I was thrilled with the way it was done with COVID!

I really liked Brett and Dr. Wirt. They both seemed to care about my cats and their calm demeanor kept the cats more relaxed. Dr. Wirt was mostly business, but it helped to get us back home quickly. I didn t feel pressured to do any extra testing or treatments. It was probably our best visit to Bentley so far. I think the animals respond better to a calm and quiet vet environment. We have had other visits that seem a little more rushed and loud.

Greatly appreciated the staff for working my puppy in on the same day to remove stitches and save me a long car ride, thx Bentley Animal!
