Felt a little rushed

Everything about our experience was excellent especially since it was an emergency visit and our first time at Bentley Animal Hospital!

My only concern was that my puppies dew claw was cut in the quick to the point it was bleeding and it was obvious it was hurting her. I know she s not the easiest to hold still and it most definitely was not done on purpose but still upsetting to see her hurt. Annetta.

All staff very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I feel secure bringing my pets there.

Didn’t go into office. I thought it was strange that attendant put a muzzle on Manchester, a boxer/lab mix but not on Sassey, a German shepherd. I didn’t like taking my leash off of the dogs harnesses and having the attendant put a leash around their necks

I would have like to have been informed about costs prior to services being rendered. I understand pet care is expensive but would have liked to have known a bit more upfront.

I felt as if I was being haggled and made to feel as if I was not properly caring for my pet if I did not spend way more than I could afford. I took my other dog to another vet after looking at reviews. I don’t place reviews, so no worries there. I will not be back with my dogs or my daughter’s cat. I felt haggle by the doctor several years ago and did not go back. I just recently gave it another shot due to proximity. Bad choice on my part. I’m just trying to put it behind me. Very pleased with my new vet. A much better and way less pricey experience. The providers took too much of my time trying to drive my cost up significantly. The staff was pushy and making me feel bad if I said no to a procedure or cost.

1-6 were excellent. Molly has been there many times. This time she has bilateral ear infections. Yesterday after she shook wax out of her ears, a large amount of clear fluid drained. going to her vet today, but is feverish and cries if ears are touched.

I needed to schedule an appointment during the unfortunate circumstances of COVID19. This was my first visit to this vet and I was unable to go inside. I was very nervous, but the staff made me feel at ease with their compassion from the get go! They came out to get her from my car and my appointment was virtual. The vet was so great explaining every detail about the exam and the procedures along the way. When we left, I received a follow up phone call to check in and they booked me for another follow up in 2 weeks. I could not recommend them enough - I look forward to our next visit where I can actually meet the team that loves my sweet, Ollie like their own.

I am so pleased with the service we received! We are new patients and I’m blown away with the top notch care we received!!

We realized two hours before closing that our cat was in distress. Our veterinary clinic of 15 years would not see us. We called Bentley, the staff took us immediately and checked on his progress daily. Great experience!!

Setting up the appointment to get our dog neutered was smooth and simple. What s more, Bentley called us right before and right after the surgery to keep us in the loop. We never have to worry about my pets in Bentley s hands, because they care about their wellbeing just as much as we do!

First time visit for a dog and chocolate emergency. They were straight to the point, very accommodating and very friendly. Defiantly going back. Vet Bryan Rider and the staff are awesome.
