My dog that Dr. Reiter had not seen before was hit by a truck. They let me come in with her almost at closing time. They never made me feel that I was a inconvenience. The entire staff and Dr. Reiter made us feel that we were their only focus for them to perform the required testing for him to give an assessment and help her. The following day he came to my home because I thought there was paralysis. He gave me great relief by confirming I was wrong. Then, Dr. Reiter called the specialist and got a very prompt appointment with him for me for follow up. They gave me such comfort and reassurance in my heart....PRICELESS! I will be FOREVER grateful to Dr. Reiter and the kind staff of Bentley Animal Hospital.

I only come in for grooming every 4 weeks on Wednesday with Suzanne. All staff is friendly & I always book 4 weeks ahead.

I have recently started using this place because I received two beautiful ferrets from some friends this was who they used, I have been twice both times staff was great! Called a few times just as great!

I saw them for the first time. My vet of 40 years retired. I was really overwhelmed at the service I received. They didn’t know me or my dog but they treated him like he was there! I am sold! They were a god send and I’m so thankful to have them in my life and my pets life!

I had scheduled a tech appt for a glucosamine injection but when I arrived was informed it had been changed to a wellness exam. That shouldn’t have been done without my consent. I would have scheduled with Dr. Reiter not Dr. Wort. In addition i hadn’t planned for the time commitment and so was late for something else. Front desk staff are always excellent. I was not impressed with the technician or Dr. Wort. I have already moved two of my dogs to another vet but wanted to keep coming for this dog due to his surgical history. Dr. Reiter is excellent but my schedule rarely allows me to schedule with him so sadly, guess. I will need to move this dog too
