The staff are very friendly and the grooming service is excellent . I would recommend to anyone.

The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and gentle handling my feline. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and provided valuable education. I am very satisfied with the service and care of my feline.

I was never called to let me know my dog was ready for pickup and when I called to check on her the phone was on a message that the office was closed. I was concerned that I could not get through to find out about my dog. I did then get a call explaining that they though someone had called earlier but realized they had not.

I was told my dog has Melanoma with no detailed explanation other than she needs surgery and a very expensive plan of action. I was also told the only way they would look in her mouth to see if she has melanoma in there is if we pay for the teeth cleaning. I left feeling very uneasy and quite mad. We have gotten a second opinion and will not be brining her back for surgery there. It has been a terrible experience.

The staff at Bentley was phenomenal. They were friendly with both me and my animals (cat & dog) and provided me with excellent information regarding my pets heath. 10/10 would recommend!

When my husband came to pickup the dogs it was hot. It wait time for them to be there this time was to long. I will try to get them done on a day the Groomer is not so busy. If I was told this ay the time I schedule I would have chosen a different day. If you have air conditioner problems I can come get them and bring them on another day. My first time there I was impressed by the care and love This visit was not as pleasant The wait time to groom them was to long!!

The vet that Sophia saw was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. The vet tech was incredibly nice too! I never feel rushed there like I have at other vet offices. I can tell they really care about my pet and about my concerns.

Everything was excellent, the care could not have been any better. It was wonderful.

Did not appreciate the manner in which the young lady tech spoke to us. Rude and loud as though I wasn’t listening. When I asked to calm down she became mad and abruptly left the room. Didn’t bother to listen to what I was saying. Poor commuskills

I trust Bentley to to their best with our dogs. I also like how they are willing to work within our budget

All the people who work at the clinic are always so pleasant and friendly and my little dog,Max, is always happy to see them. He never hesitates to go whether it is for his exam or for grooming.
