We had an appointment for 10 and didnt get our dicharge until 1040. I had another appointment at 1045 and my youngest with ADHD with me. Thankfully I managed to reach my appointment on time and my little guy did well but i had to sit there for 40 minutes and hear my dog wine and bark and stress about reaching my next appointment on time. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so this was a stressful mix for me. My only complaint, staff is always so friendly and helpful otherwise. ??

The vet was absolutely wonderful with my dog even though she didn t want to go with them. Took such good care of her addressed all my concerns. Adviced me of things I did not need however were very understanding when I said I would take it anyone just in case. I absolutely love coming here with my dogs.

Doctor s Sidhu and Bassi are always a pleasure to deal with. They are genuine and understanding and listen to your concerns as a pet owner. Staff are equally enjoyable and friendly to interact with. Prices are on par or less than most other clinics in town. Thanks for taking care of my Boyz for their annual check-up/shots... Apollo and Ranger.

I would like to see the price breakdown of the procedures and services

Very poor communication-I called from Sudbury re cruciate surgery for my dog and had Walden send the dog s x-rays etc.. I phoned and emailed to see if the surgery was possible, and if there was a time frame. I was emailed back that I had to come in to get this info. I drove there with a crippled dog in the van from Sudbury only to have the girl tell me that they do not do dogs over 10 yrs.Could have told me that via email or the phone as they had all the info re his age!! Would have saved me a 3 hr. drive and him an uncomfortable ride!!

Dr Sidhu is an amazing and caring professional. Our family vet since 2002.

the covid issue has impacted all of us but I feel your hospital needs to move beyond level one ..hard to access ..a lot of older people are not tech savey for things .need more loosing confidence in the places acessibility.what about the coming winter...never been in the office some questions non applicable...give a discount

We were not allowed to come into the office. It only took 1/2 hour to have all 4 of my pets exams so do not feel that much time was given to any of my pets. There is not multi pet discound and the bill was $895 plus. The girls that came to the care were very friendly. I do not feel that the vet took enough time with each animal to give them a proper examination. When you look at my bill that is $1790 an hour. It is no wonder people cannot afford to take their pets to the vet. This is a good example how it is not afforadable.

I ve been a long time patient to Dr Sidhu, and will continue to do so even if I live in Sudbury 85% of the time :)

as im being deaf i would like to see the improvement when i come for an appointment as i cannot use the voice so when i do come and knock the door or window please come right away because i want sure if one of you were coming and wait for abit but the service i got from you is excellent!! and the price as well because i m on tight budget :)

Due to Covid-19, it was not a very good experience bringing my cats to get their annual shots as I was not allowed inside the clinic. The billing at first was not good. I had to ask for a detailed invoice. I did receive it. I hope we will be able to converse face to face with the vet very soon. Thank you for your services.

My pet was very well treated and his surgery went well. The staff were very friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. I wish that the curbside treatment would end though. I can t tell if the facility was clean or not but the last time I was allowed in to the clinic it was very clean.

I travel almost 2 hrs to go here. The staff and drs are phenomenal! Definitely satisfied with everything!
