We have been going to Dr. Caffarini for many years. He has always been kind and takes his time to explain exactly what is going on with our pets. He has always guided us in the right direction. His staff is wonderful!

Your staff are professional, caring and compassionate to my pet the minute we come through the door. Dr. Joe has treated all my dogs for the last twenty years. I brought my dog in becasue he was exposed to weed killer and was having trouble breathing. I can t say enough about the entire staff. They did everything they could do to accomidate my Dog, Ted E Bear and myself. Dr Caffarini has been Ted s vet for 9 years. He went above and beyond to care for us. I m thrilled to say the Ted seems to have recovered completely. I m so greateful for everyone at Lockport Animal Hospital. I come all the way from Oak Forest, but it s always worth the drive.

Big thanks to Dr C for being very knowledgeable in treating seizure disorders. The staff is great at helping schedule apts and manage her prescriptions, which isn’t an easy job! Don’t know what we’d do without Lockport Animal Hospital to help take care of our princess

Pee Wee was brought in for all of his annual shots. He was given them, but within a few hours afterward he was VERY lethargic & had diaria. I also think in an attempt to retrieve a stool sample the Dr. Went to deep in his anus with his finger. Poor dog has a small anus!

I was very satisfied in being able to get our Gracie in to see Dr Gilbert so soon. Dr. Gilbert was very caring knowing how concerned we were about our Gracie. She gave Gracie a thorough exam & explained her condition to us & she was just so compassionate.

My only comment is that the fees are probably the highest ive ever seen for vet services.

Everyone at the animal hospital was incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff made both me and my pet feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. You can tell they truly care—highly recommend!

Suggestion: can you automatically send results of fecal exams by text, email or mail? Every year I have to ask for them to pass on to the dog boarder.

I don’t think there should be charges for the first post op visit What happened to days ago when it was not charged? I was not told about these additional charges at the time I paid 1300 for the surgery and upon making the post op appointment / Doesn’t the doctor(s) care about seeing how the animal is doing and removing the sutures/staples and assess the healing surgical wound? Very disappointing to want more money
