Everyone at the animal hospital was incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff made both me and my pet feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. You can tell they truly care—highly recommend!

Suggestion: can you automatically send results of fecal exams by text, email or mail? Every year I have to ask for them to pass on to the dog boarder.

I don’t think there should be charges for the first post op visit What happened to days ago when it was not charged? I was not told about these additional charges at the time I paid 1300 for the surgery and upon making the post op appointment / Doesn’t the doctor(s) care about seeing how the animal is doing and removing the sutures/staples and assess the healing surgical wound? Very disappointing to want more money

The staff in the office are always very helpful. The vet I normally see is the best, very knowledgeable and willing to listen. I feel he has my pet s best interest.

I was so relieved and pleased with the way everyone treated my skittish new cat. Your kindness with her has actually helped her in her adjustment here at home. So thank you all so much! We were a bit concerned when we learned that the tech that took Simi back for her nail trim thought she was a different cat, but no harm was done.

Dr Demoor and the staff are amazing! Timber is treated so well and feels very comfortable on his visits. When he sees Dr Demoor he actually leans on him for “pets”, which says a lot as he only does that with people that he really likes. So happy that we found such a great Vet who clearly cares.
