Very helpful staff when I needed an appointment to have my dog seen. Clean and comfortable waiting area.

My dog had excellent care. Her diagnosis was carefully thought out, her meds throughly explained, and extra kind treatment was exercised by doctor and assistants. I am very grateful to have Dr Cafferini and his associates be my dogs care team. Also, the office staff are friendly, patient, and professional.

Doctor Joe has been taking care of our dogs for over 30 years and once again he took such great care with our Jake who was really sick when we brought him in. He s back to his usual sweet self. Thanks again Dr. Joe

Top-notch service, I’m really happy with the care my pup has gotten. That being said, it’s always a minimum 45 minute wait from the time the appointment was scheduled for. I realize it gets crazy busy there and I get it considering the high standard of care… but dang! At least this last visit we were able to wait in the car, but every other visit has been sitting in the exam room waiting. Not the end of the world but I thought it needed to be brought up. Otherwise, extremely happy!

The staff has always been professional and caring. One of my cats has numerous health problems and your staff has taken lengthy notes to relay my concerns to Dr DeMoor many times. I hope they know how much I appreciate it. Thank you so much. Dana

Mallory did an excellent job of explaining how my cats dental procedures would be handled by Dr. DeMoor and his team and said that I would be contacted regarding any issues/complications that might occur during the the process. I received a phone call when the procedures were successfully completed. Thank you for taking such good care of my precious pets.

Dr Kinaskis talked very fast but I think I have everything ha.

As a courtesy, staff should call clients before their appointment time to let them know if their vet is running behind and give them the option to arrive a little later.

First time there, everyone was terrific, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor spent more time than I thought with us as we are new dog parents. Very happy I found you.
