I that Dr. R is new to the group. He was very nice, explained everything... but as we waited for the tech come back with medication. Dr R came in 2 different times and said same thing then was Looking for shot.. and he gave it to Fiona 10 min. Earlier..... not sure if it was nerves or he was just very, very confused .. The confusion happened couple times... I even said something to tech when we where in room alone.. we got medication and Fiona cough is getting better.. not doubting his skill level.. again maybe because he is new to group...

The Vet who saw me was condescending. I do not want to see him again, the rest of the staff was super nice and overly compensating for how the Vet was being. I’m not going to write e a bad review but no one wants to spend money somewhere where the Vet talks to you like you are dumb.

Everyone was great - professional and very competent. The only issue I had was long waits, sometimes 1-2 hours. Normally I wouldn’t mind but when one is old and not feeling well, it’s hard.

This was my first visit to this animal hospital having just moved to Lockport - and the experience was an excellent one - everyone was friendly, thorough and I look forward to coming back (not too soon, only for checkups lol). Thanks for a good experience!

We are very happy with everyone at this facility! When Theo has been sick, they find a way to get us in to be seen. Everyone is polite, friendly and helpful. Love our vet, explains things and takes his time. Thank you! We switched vets when we moved and rescued our Theo, we have been very happy here.

Wait time extremely long, however, I know situations come up so I didn t mind sitting there for over 2 hours, evening appointments this happens.

Very helpful staff when I needed an appointment to have my dog seen. Clean and comfortable waiting area.

My dog had excellent care. Her diagnosis was carefully thought out, her meds throughly explained, and extra kind treatment was exercised by doctor and assistants. I am very grateful to have Dr Cafferini and his associates be my dogs care team. Also, the office staff are friendly, patient, and professional.

Dr Joe is the best - my third dog he’s cared for!

Doctor Joe has been taking care of our dogs for over 30 years and once again he took such great care with our Jake who was really sick when we brought him in. He s back to his usual sweet self. Thanks again Dr. Joe
