As a courtesy, staff should call clients before their appointment time to let them know if their vet is running behind and give them the option to arrive a little later.

First time there, everyone was terrific, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor spent more time than I thought with us as we are new dog parents. Very happy I found you.

I had a 3:00 appointment, and waited about 20 minutes to be put into a room, and then didn t see the doctor until 4:00.

I accidentally missed my dogs grooming appointment, so cannot complete this survey. He’s been going to Amber for years and we love her. The accommodations and staff at this clinic have always been great.

Dr De Moor is a great vet. He takes time with the patient and the owner. I was able to about an emergency appointment with the vet on the same day!!! That is absolutely a veterinarian that cares more about the animals than the money. I am so glad that I found Lockport Animal Jospital for my Milo. Dr Cafarini and Dr De Moor are both outstanding!

Lockport Animal Hospital is outstanding. Dr. Caffarini and the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. My dog Mimzy is in such good hands and I trust them completely. On her last visit she was not feeling well and by the next day after her meds and consultation there was already a noticeable difference, she was so much better. Thank you.
