My visit was fast and easy. The girls were excellent checking us in quickly, taking Savannah back (with care) and pick up and check out was also quick and easy. Dr. DeMoor was pleasant and informative as always.

All services were great as well as the customer service. Only thing - the room had mild unpleasant smell compared to past visits. Everything else was great.

The Drs and staff are so caring and patient. I have the comfort in knowing they can get me in quickly if ever an emergency were to arise. Thank you for always taking good care of my dogs ??

Securing appointment was good. However, waited over an hour past appointment time with no explanation.

I don’t have anything negative at all to say about the doctors and staff here. They are all very wonderful, knowledgeable and very caring. I actively refer them to people who are in need of veterinary care.

Everything was Amazing! The promptness of getting me in for an appointment all the way through check out. We really felt cared about !!!

I sent my daughter in with my sick cat, I was nervous that her teenageness would impede the visit. The doctor and vet tech talked to her nicely, explained everything, and answered her questions. My daughter and I were happy with the visit and my sick cat is feeling better!

I appreciate the excellent care my dog receives when he is there.

We couldn’t be happier with Lockport Animal Hospital, the staff and Dr Scoma. We called when our puppy was not acting right and she was seen and examined right away.

All of your emails encourage online scheduling. If this is no longer a service you offer, you should be updating your email templates to reflect this.

We just recently chose Lockport Animal Hospital for our new (puppy mill) shelter dog. Both of our visits were great. Friendly staff and the vet was very patient with our questions, explaining everything clearly.

Only complaint is- waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment
