The staff went above and beyond to help us in a pet emergency. We appreciate their calmness and expertise in handling it professionally and completely.

Vicki was so amazing to our Miko she did such and great job with him with his nails. The whole staff and Doctor explain everything i wanted to know.

When we came in, there was a pet emergency so we were there for longer than anticipated, however, the staff was so professional and kept us updated and we were thankful for the time they spent with us to ensure Dolly was healthy!

The staff and doctors are great. The only thing that is ever frustrating is the wait time once you get in the room (which is usually really quick). I have spent anywhere from 15-30 minutes for the doctor. Other than that, always a pleasure.

I have a difficult cat and doctor is always great with him.

Waited in the exam room for over an hour to be seen be the doctor. That is unacceptable

I’ve been taking my dog to get his nails trimmed down the street, but as he’s been getting older, he’s been freaking out more and more about it, which in turn makes me so nervous too. I would struggle to hold onto him as they clipped away in a seemingly uncaring way. I didn’t realize it was easier to take him to where he’s been getting his annual car all along. I didn’t have to hold him down as they took him in back while I waited. He came came out and I was told he actually did pretty good. I was so grateful for the way they made me feel everything was OK. I will never take him anywhere else. Huge thank you to the staff - you have no idea how much better I felt when I left there.
