Thank you for always finding time to see my dog when she is sick. I have friends who have been going to the same vet forever who get turned away when their animal has an emergency. I feel blessed that my senior dog has such an amazing place to go to for care. I genuinely appreciate the kindness that your entire team has.

First time visit and Dr. DeMoor was excellent. Our newly adopted 1.5 year old Boxer had a bad experience at another vet for her yearly shots last year and this time was not a problem at all. Well done!

I had an emergency situation. I was able to get in at the last minute even though there was only one vet on duty. Would not take my pets anywhere else.

Although we have moved to Yorkville we will continue taking our dog to Dr. DeMoor at Lockport Animal Hospital because of his outstanding expertise and care. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

I felt my dog was under the absolute best of care in the hands of Dr. Capparini. He spent quality time addressing my concerns with my pet and was very thorough answering my questions. He was very patient and kind and did an excellent job as well trimming and dremeling my very anxious dog’s nails. He was very reassuring and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Great place. Dr Scoma is a great edition. Very nice and helpful.

We feel that our Doctor Who sees our dog is the best and we will not go to anyone else thank you so much for asking plus we love our doggy!.!

You guys are always awesome to deal with! Seems like we never have to wait. The facilities are always spotless. Dr. Demoore has the best personality and takes time to explain so you can understand, he will be treating our pets as long as we have them.

The staff & doctor are always very accommodating & kind. It’s very appreciated especially because our pug is very anxious sometimes :)

We love lockport animal hospital

My last two visits I have waited a very long time. On 7/30 I waited an hour and on 8/11 I waited 45 minutes to be seen. I do understand sometimes things cause delays in appointment times but these wait times are extreme. Receiving a phone call prior to appt time that the vet is running behind would be nice. My animals have been patients at this practice since 2007, and we have never normally waited like this. It made me wonder if something is going on- simply being told that wait times are longer than normal when making appts would be nice if that is the case. Spending literal hours for a 15 minute appt is not particularly reasonable.

Dr. Caffarrini is always so nice and takes the time to talk with you. Never feel rushed! He even took time out to go print out an estimate for my daughter and her new puppy on vaccinations to get and cost. Everyone is really so nice!
