I was told my dog needed surgery to remove rocks. Got a second opinion and he had sepsis and leukemia

My dog has been there several times for shots only. It takes an hour. Every time the reason for the wait is an emergency by another patient. ..all the time?

Dr. Caffarini is a very thorough veterinarian, excellent clinitian. He and his staff treated our cats effeciently and most importantly in a kind and compassionate manner.

We waited for over 45 minutes in the room with no explanation. I stuck my head out see if someone could help me understand why I was waiting so long. They said it would be another 25 minutes. There was an emergency and I understand that, but being informed would have been extremely appreciated

Dr De Morr was thorough with his explanations and examination of my pet.

I was quoted $60 for the grooming when I scheduled her 7 weeks ago. When we dropped her off, my husband was told $90 which I questioned. Then got a voicemail an extra $15 for teeth brushing so what I expected to be max $75 was $105 in the end. We agreed to $90 with teeth brushing but thinking about it afterwards, it was YOUR ERROR and you should have honored your original quote of $75. I won t be returning for grooming services.

This was our first time at your facility. We will be back, you seemed willing to spend a little time figuring out and explaining what is wrong with our weird cat. Thank You.

Waiting time was longer than expected but it wasn t a big deal. Worth the wait.

Everyone there has been wonderful across the board! From getting us right in to see Dr Caffarini as a new client, to him making room to follow up with us after a scary trip to the emergency vet. So thankful for such thorough care, explanations, and recommendations.

Everyone was very friendly and treated my old man cat so well! We love This place!

At check in I asked how far behind (don t mind the wait, but had to run to the currency before 6pm). Rudest receptionist dismissed me abruptly. 30 min later I went in & asked if I had time to rum, she said yeah, go. Oh we had someone walk out, you re next. So we stayed and I made it to the currency with only 3 minutes to spare. I told her on the 2nd time in if I had left immediately, I would have been back in time. I went to the car. My daughter asked if we were supposed to go in now. I didn t know. I went back in & asked and she Saud, wait for a call. Wanted to clean the room first. Shes the young thin one up front. She is NOT a good person for Dr. Joe s practice. You ve all been so cool there, she s gotta go. So incredibly rude. Dismissive and mean.

The staff and doctors are alway as very friendly and caring. Our wait time to be seen once in the room was much longer than usual but I think they were just busy that day.
