I did not see the facility but the staff was nice, efficient and I felt my dog was well cared for.

I really hated sending Sable in by herself, but I trust Dr. Caffarini. We did have to wait an awful long time in the car after her appointment time for someone to come get her, though.

Amazing staff!!!!. I am a new mommy and staff always takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I have never Met the Doctor due to Coronavirus so I was worried about not going in with them but I talked to him on the phone and that set my mind at ease and can’t wait to meet him in person. While the wait time was very long, I do not take issue with it. Dr. Joe has taken great care with our cat and is very thorough in his explanation of treatment. He answers all questions and never makes me feel rushed. It is service like this that makes me not mind the wait! Dr. Joe and every staff member I’ve dealt with has been courteous and caring.

We waited in the car for almost 50 minutes past our scheduled appointment time before they came out to get Blue. There should have been some kind of update or even a phone call saying we are running behind, please come later. Tests were done without a phone call for approval or discussion of price & then we get a bill for $280. We did bring Blue in because he was not feeling well but there should have been a discussion before 3 tests at $40-$48 a piece were run.

Please let us come in if we where a mask!

I love Lockport Animal Hospital, and I m grateful to have found a place to bring my furry baby that is simply amazing.

2 hours total sitting in the parking lot between waiting to get my cat in and her visit. We waited an hour alone just for her to be taken in. That’s just ridiculous. What’s the point of an appointment at that point?

Dr. Joe has been our vet for about twenty years. We would never consider anyone else. He has gone above and beyond using his expertise to care for our dogs. He is simply the best!

Team and dr are great . My dog is always in good hands , only down side was i waiting 45 min for my dog to be seen .

I would like curb side service to be over and would like to be able to go back in with my pet line every other vet.

Due to Covid I did not enter the building. The doctor called me outside in my car. He was thorough and answered all my questions. The receptionist who checked us out was also very polite and efficient. I appreciate the Covid practices they have in place.
