It was wonderful to be able to get back in the office this time & actually talk face to face.

Appt. was for monthly nail trim, so staff contact was minimal. Appt. was made a month in advance. Staff has always been friendly and efficient FYI...can t tell if the excellent star rating was captured when chosen for #1, #2, #4

Brought our new puppy for a general check up - was told she had to be treated for a parasite - gave us Albon - within two hours of giving it to her she came down with the shakes and was crying in pain - brought her in first thing in the morning - when he came into the room we were clearly concerned about her and the first thing he said was Did I break your puppy? That wasn t the right time for that kind of a comment- I said that I believed this was an allergic reaction - he dismissed this and spent time checking her over in which she was hollering in pain - he gave her an opioid and anti-inflammatory to reduce her pain - I consulted with the Breeder she checked with her Vet who agreed with my original thought that her symptoms were an allergic reaction. There are different types of Vets - different styles of care- but I want a Vet who is a partner in ensuring my animals care and who will listen to me and my husband - and not try to joke during a time when it was uncalled for. I m grateful she recovered - but we will not return to the practice.

Everyone at the office is great. Can’t say thank you enough to Mallory for all of her help handling the dogs. She is always helpful and always has a smile on her face.

This is a fantastic veterinary clinic, the doctor is fantastic, the staff is phenomenal. Just wonderful people. And I would like to say thank you to them they’re just great!!

Everyone is so great there. They seem happy to see my dog (and to a lesser extent me, lol). They explain everything in easy to understand terms and you can tell they care about my little buddy.

This was our first time here and we were very happy with the treatment you gave to Payton.

First time ever I wasn t called to come pick Preston up. No caller ID from the animal hospital. I tried to call several times but my phone call would not go through. They said they called but must have called the wrong number.

Great experience , Tesla(pup) said she loved everyone here and enjoyed the snacks .

I love the staff, nurses, and doctors. Always a pleasant experience, especially with Dr. Demoore. I will butcher the other doctor s name if I try to spell it, but he is great too. I will be the first to admit that I am guilty of favoritism. :)

I love it here but I would love a solution to the waiting time. I would love to be able to call ahead of time since I live only 6 minutes away. I waited over an hour this past time and this isn’t the first time this has happened. I appreciate the best care we have received and refuse to go anywhere else. I just think there can be a better way to solve the waiting times. Thank you!
