It has been a week since placing order for RX with Covetrus and the RX is still being processed (not shipped yet). All during this time my pet continues to grow worse. My pet needs symptom relief.

Just the wait time was to long. I made an appointment for 5:15 and didn t see the doctor until almost 6. Waiting a little bit is fine but that is awhile. Besides that the doc and staff were great.

I have mixed feelings about my pets being examined without me present. I understand this must allow for more time for the Dr to see more pets… and is best for business. It feels a little funny though. Thanks.
