I was so happy that I was able to see Dr. Joe DeMoor when I came into town with my dog to visit my parents. He has been our family vet for several years. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this man is. He really cares about your animals and is always there to give the best honest advice. It is very hard to find a vet that truly cares. I will tell you, he is one of a kind! The staff is always so kind as well. :)

The wait time in the car was quite unexpected. I realize though there is a shortage of staff and rooms- just let customers know that! Dr. Caffarrini is always so good and takes his time with your pet!

Great process to have pet brought in for visit. Very little wait time. Very happy.

Love Dr Caffarini, he is so nice and great with my cats, allows me time to ask questions and very thorough. Very happy with the care they receive!

My appointment was at 11 am. The doctor did not come in until 11:40 am.

First time I was able to meet the Dr. face to face since pandemic started a year ago! He was very gentle with my dog and thorough in his explanations of her health and vaccines. Never felt rushed. Very, very happy with Lockport Animal Hospital and Dr. Joe. I have referred many people to this Hospital.

I had called 3 other animal clinics to try and get my sick pet seen and when I called Lockport Animal hospital just hoping I might be able to get her seen, Becky was so kind and caring on the phone and assured me that I could bring her in right away to see the veterinarian. I am very grateful for the kindness and care that both my cat and I received. I would highly recommend the deans them and will always remember how reassured I felt after speaking with Becky.

Lockport Animal Hospital and Dr. Caffarini and all of the staff rocks. Been going there for many many years and would not go anyplace else. A big thank you to everyone there.

I was VERY HAPPY with EVERYTHING!!!! Thank You for being so caring and patient with my Beautiful Dogs and me!!!!!

Waited over 40 minutes, asked what the golf up was, and the receptionist tried to tell me I had the wrong appointment time and that I was 10 minutes late, when, according to all appointment reminders I received, I was really 5 minutes early. Then spent less than a full 5 minutes with the doctor.

The staff is fantastic! Always friendly and helpful.

At this time some of these questions are not really applicable because of the COVID-19 restrictions. I m sure the office is clean because it always has been.

I have been a client for many years. Our dogs have been well looked after and you can tell the staff love animals! Dr Caffarini is very kind and professional when treating our dogs and takes his time to explain and answer questions. Would highly recommend this practice.

I appreciate the care and concern given my pet and the testing that was done to help him. It was inconvenient to wait so long in the hot car. I didn t anticipate such along wait. But, overall, I was very pleased with the visit.
