I asked to see a different vet doctor, who I had appointment with, but not the right vet took care of my pet. I waited 45 minutes after I arrived to be seen even though I had appointment. In the end I need to go back, they didn’t give me annual heart warm, I did not hear from doc, I had concerns but was brushed off. Have web coming here for 13 years and this was the worst service I have received.

I didnt see the office and the wait wasn t bad a little longer than before but a lot of pets were going in and out. I love your Dr s and the staff. You are always amazing with my babies and you guys always manage to get my babies in fast.

Dr DeMoor is an excellent Vet

Why in the world are people not allowed to enter your building? I don’t feel talking on the phone when my pet is not in front of me and the doctor does no benefit to the animal. The world is opening up and so should your building!

I was surprised at how quickly, Ted E Bear was taken into the office. The tech gained Ted’s trust right away and he went willingly with her. I have put off taking Ted to the Vets due to my fear of catching Covid because I was considered high risk. If I knew how easy this would be I would have brought him in sooner ( although he has been very healthy). I was even more surprised at how quickly the visit went and Ted E was perfectly calm when he was returned to me. I any very pleased and satisfied with the visit.

Susy (Suzy) and Dr Demoor were amazing! They took such great care of my cat and his dental cleaning/surgery! My cat recovered well because of their great care!

Still won t let inside. I think that should change. otherwise everything was great! great first experience with all of the LP Animal Hospital.

Have had pets and vets for over 40 years. The staff is the best and absolutely love the doctors! My pets are my family and I will never go anywhere else now that I have found Dr. Caffarini and Dr. DeMoor.

The waiting time was reduced from last time. Thanks, must have arrived at the best time. Never did see the offices, but I assume they are clean?? The Vet is very generous with his time and suggestions. With a new puppy, that is much appreciated.

Would’ve been better to tell me we’re running behind, than waiting for another 1/2 hour after the appointment time. Also, should let people know canned dog food needs to be refrigerated after it’s been opened.

Lockport Animal Clinic has taken care of Bently since he was 7 wks, Bently is 10 yrs this May. I have never had a reason to go elsewhere.

Almost everything has been impacted negatively by Covid restrictions. I would prefer to accompany my pets during their appointment & we are definitely getting to a point in the pandemic where this can be allowed (with masks in the building as well as limiting the number of people in the waiting room per guidelines ). That being said, the vet should always call the owner to discuss the visit directly for each appointment. We are very satisfied with Dr. DeMoor, however, I did not speak with him directly after my dog’s visit. I only spoke with the vet tech that brought my dog back to my car. When I got home, I noticed that the bill was NOT ITEMIZED. I had to call to request an itemized bill. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was very courteous & professional (the staff is awesome). She sent an itemized bill to my email. Thank you.

My appointment was 4pm. My dog did not go into the office until 4:40pm. I was extremely stressed, and my dog was extremely anxious. It has been a very hard year. I just feel, you need to do better. I don’t know what I am going to do, to bring my “special needs” dog to a visit. It is frustrating. My opinion

OFFER SOME TREATS FOR THE PET PARENTS IN THE PARKING LOT LOL. SOME BISCUTS WOULD BE NICE.

With the Covid restrictions maybe having patients call before they leave to be able to cut down on their waiting time in the parking lot. I graciously appreciate all the time and care given to my pet but the time spent waiting in the car just to be seen I think can be cut in half if we knew how backed up the docs were. No matter what though- I will continue to wait because you are all fantastic!
