I wish exceptions could be made about the owners not being allowed in. Our dog (Koda) has had dog reactivity issues in the past (fear based) and is pretty anxious overall. It caused us a great deal of stress not being able to be in there with her. We ve been working really hard with her and were very nervous that this could set her back. Luckily, you all said she did great! I totally trust the staff with our pup, but we just thought she may be more comfortable with her owner there and were very worried about her progress.

There was a bit of confusion about the visit that day. I was not aware of the no entry policy because of covid, I was told I received a phone call, which I didn t get, but other than that, it went well.

Do not do the wait-in-your-car routine while the pets are with the doctor. Prior to going in is fine. But we should be with our pets. At least in the lobby. Also please be prompt, our appointments were late.

The whole staff are very caring and one can tell they all love animals by the way they talk and handle my Presley.Always available for concerns.

Love the staff and doctors but the wait time can be quite long (40 min). That is the only negative thing we can say about this practice.

The staff was very nice and friendly....as always. The Doctor was very kind and helpful and he listened to what I had to say about the condition of my pet. Doctor Joe explained in detail what needed to be done and why and how the medicine would help my pet. Thank you.

I was so well taken care of that multiple people reached out to make sure my pet and I had what we needed. I think the staff at Lockport Animal Hospital are amazing. I recommend you all the time!

Curbside has been amazing for this trying time since it’s one less public place to go into while still trying to keep my family safe and it’s a fantastic deal. The pricing is also reasonable which is helpful during this time. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable and friendly and very accommodating. I am also grateful they took my pup right away in an emergency issue. I will definitely keep bringing my fur babies here.

We know when our fur babies see the Dr. They are having a great time with people that love animals. They treat them with care and compassion. We love Dr. C and the crew!

I didn’t realize it would be curb service or I would have waited until I could come into the office and see the doctor in person. Don’t like not speaking to the doctor - I am hearing impaired and unable to use the phone so meeting with the doctor is important to me. Not happy with this procedure.

Since I made the appointment online I didn t realize that I wouldn t actually be talking to the vet. The whole process was very quickly accomplished.

Wait times have gone up our past 2 visits. I understand there may be emergencies. Maybe regular appointments could be notified and rescheduled if emergencies occur.

We were not seen until 45 mins after our appointment was scheduled. This is not the first time this has happened and I have other friends who have the same problem here. It seems to be a scheduling issue. We should not have to allow for 45 min wait times, especially with animals. It is very disrespectful of others time. A simple phone call saying your running late or moving out time back would be appreciated.

I did not see the facility but the staff was nice, efficient and I felt my dog was well cared for.

Dr. Joe DeMoore is the best! He always addresses any question(s) or concern(s) that I may have, he’s fantastic with my pup and I would highly recommend him. Thank you, Dr. Joe!!

I really hated sending Sable in by herself, but I trust Dr. Caffarini. We did have to wait an awful long time in the car after her appointment time for someone to come get her, though.

Amazing staff!!!!. I am a new mommy and staff always takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I have never Met the Doctor due to Coronavirus so I was worried about not going in with them but I talked to him on the phone and that set my mind at ease and can’t wait to meet him in person.
