While the wait time was very long, I do not take issue with it. Dr. Joe has taken great care with our cat and is very thorough in his explanation of treatment. He answers all questions and never makes me feel rushed. It is service like this that makes me not mind the wait! Dr. Joe and every staff member I’ve dealt with has been courteous and caring.

We waited in the car for almost 50 minutes past our scheduled appointment time before they came out to get Blue. There should have been some kind of update or even a phone call saying we are running behind, please come later. Tests were done without a phone call for approval or discussion of price & then we get a bill for $280. We did bring Blue in because he was not feeling well but there should have been a discussion before 3 tests at $40-$48 a piece were run.

Please let us come in if we where a mask!

I love Lockport Animal Hospital, and I m grateful to have found a place to bring my furry baby that is simply amazing.

2 hours total sitting in the parking lot between waiting to get my cat in and her visit. We waited an hour alone just for her to be taken in. That’s just ridiculous. What’s the point of an appointment at that point?

Dr. Joe has been our vet for about twenty years. We would never consider anyone else. He has gone above and beyond using his expertise to care for our dogs. He is simply the best!

Team and dr are great . My dog is always in good hands , only down side was i waiting 45 min for my dog to be seen .

I would like curb side service to be over and would like to be able to go back in with my pet line every other vet.

Due to Covid I did not enter the building. The doctor called me outside in my car. He was thorough and answered all my questions. The receptionist who checked us out was also very polite and efficient. I appreciate the Covid practices they have in place.

We did not have an appointment and went to the clinic 2 days in a row and they squeezed us in. We waited each day for a long time but we didn’t care. Lockport Animal Hospital has always said “just come in” when one of our animals is ill. That shows how much they truly care about the animals. I’m sure each time, it Made them run behind with other appointments but they always give our animals the best care and attention. This morning when the dr called us with bloodwork results, I thanked him again for squeezing us in. His response was “no problem. He needed to be seen.” We wouldn’t trust anyone else with caring for our pets.
