While I know that with CV19 it is curbside service but my appointment was at 5pm and my dog wasn t seen until after 530pm. If you can t see me until that time, I would rather have a different appointment time. This isn t the first time this has happened either. There will always be some wait time but over 30 minutes is a little much. Otherwise the new facility looks great on the outside, wish I could see the inside. The staff and the Drs are great, friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first time at your clinic and it was overall very positive. I appreciate the time with the doctor and staff, very patient, explained everything very well! The only downside was waiting in the car with my pet. It would be helpful if the staff would check in with us. I felt embarrassed calling the staff several times (3) as I felt I was forgotten. The ladies expressed someone will be right out meant something different to me. Giving an estimate would be beneficial. I believe it was an hour, (maybe a bit longer) than my appointment time. I m hoping this was an exception, and not normally how long I d have to wait. Thank you.

Very efficient process during Covid. Waited in car with pet until the doctor was ready to see them. Then my pet was taken right in and seen. Very happy with everything.

As my dog had an obvious leg injury, it would have been great if the person bringing her back to my car did NOT allow her to try and jump back in the car.

I was waiting for quite a while in the lot after they took my cats in (1 1/2 hours), so I finally called. I was waiting in the lot the whole time. They say they tried to call, but I am not sure why they didn t come out to my car to contact me in person if my cats were done.

I have not been in the new facility yet so I am unable to fully rate that aspect of the survey

I do feel that waiting in my car for an hour is a bit extreme

We love Lockport animal hospital staff and dr demoore! Doesn’t matter if we have to wait to be seen, they are great! Always accommodating for appointments and very kind. Thanks for all you do!

We didn’t go in because of Covid 19 but based on everything else, I’m sure it was spotless! Dr. Joe is amazing! We unfortunately don’t live here, we are passing through and they came highly recommended and now I see why! When I’m back in this area I will be back!

Due to Covid, I was not able to enter the facility, which I completely understand. However, my appointment time was for 12:30. I arrived at 12:20 and called to let the office know I was there. I waited in my car for someone to come get my dog until 1:30. If there was a scheduling conflict due to an emergencey, it would have been nice to have been informed.
