Being first time mommy and not being able to go in with Hocus and Pocus on first visit due to Covid Was rough but I sent them in with a list of questions and Doctor called and went through everything with me on the phone and took the time and answered all my questions. I was never rushed off the phone. Thank you so much you put a new mommy’s mind at ease.

I totally understand this new norm, but with that said I wish at least one person could come in with our pet. Of course masked and distanced. I know I am not alone in this thinking, I would like to talk to my vet in person. There are things I forget to ask and not to mention the stress on our dog. We are thankful for your service but I miss a little of the old normal.

Curbside service was perfect with the pandemic going on. I was able to have my furry child taken care of with the least amount of risk. I just love this practice. Everyone is so nice and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I came for a follow up with my cat. My appt was at 3pm and we were not seen until 3:20. I was a little wary as my cat doesn t do well with travel. But given the circumstances, the appt was super quick so that made up for the wait time. Always friendly and courteous service at Lockport Animal Hospital.

I ve brought my dog in since she was a puppy and love the office. My dog is normally very nervous around new people. The way the staff is very caring and kind which makes my dog feel less nervous. I recommend this office for your furry babies needs.

We love the new clinic space, and Dr. Joe DeMoor is the most compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable vet. We have known him as a vet since 2004 and are thrilled that he takes such good care of our VesPoochie and our prior dogs also. Keep up the fantastic job you are all doing there.

It would be nice to find out how much procedures and meds will be before they are done. I don t like being surprised by the amount I have to pay in an open, public area. I would also like to see your office take partial payments, with billing for the rest. I typically don t have $200 on hand when I get surprised with a $200 bill. I want to know the costs upfront OR be given the option of moving forward with meds and/or procedures. Also, it would be nice if some of the staff were more pleasant in face and words than what I ve experienced.

Lockport Animal Hospital is, by far, the best clinic we have ever taken our dog Sophie! The staff is polite and professional. More importantly, the doctors are take the time to care for our dog and answer any questions and concerns we may have. I would recommend this animal hospital to any pet owner without hesitation!

I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Caffarini s new facility. It was so airy and bright. Very inviting indeed. I understand there will be a meditation garden planted next to the new building. I would love to see it commemorated to everyone s beloved friend, Janice. I m sure you will come up with an idea or two to appropriately honor such a sweet soul.

Dr. DeMoor is so wonderful with my dog. She use to be afraid of getting her nails cut. But, he is so gentle with her, she doesn t even know it s being done. Great job!
