Always a positive experience. From the call to set up appointment, to the moment we leave the building. No complaints!! Everyone is friendly, makes you feel right at home. A client of Dr DeMoor s for many yrs, I m very happy with his move to Lockport Animal Hospital. Everyone else is great there. And if he s not available, I have total confidence in Dr Cafferini from all the good things I ve heard about him thru his clients. A larger reception/waiting area would be a plus. (maybe a bigger building altogether) ?? However, I just leave my dog in the car until ready to be seen. The whole building is very clean!!
