The staff and vet were very helpful and kind. Everyone made the process from making an appointment to seeing the vet and making follow up appointments very easy. I would highly recommend Lockport Animal Hospital for all vet needs.

When we came in, there was a pet emergency so we were there for longer than anticipated, however, the staff was so professional and kept us updated and we were thankful for the time they spent with us to ensure Dolly was healthy!

The staff and doctors are great. The only thing that is ever frustrating is the wait time once you get in the room (which is usually really quick). I have spent anywhere from 15-30 minutes for the doctor. Other than that, always a pleasure.

I have a difficult cat and doctor is always great with him.
