Even though I have a vet closer to my home I will never leave you because of the compassion you showed when I had to put down my cat. I was in a complete state and you were all so caring and managed to get me an appointment for her within the hour. Thank you.

I took my cat Luigi to another vet. I was told it would be five months until his dental issue could be addressed. I called Pinion on a Monday. Tuesday he was seen by a veterinarian. Wednesday I was called and told there was a cancellation, and, Friday he had his dental procedure. I am so grateful that I called Pinion. Talk about being blessed. The entire staff, including the veterinarians, is so kind and they go out of their way to accommodate you. I would not take my fur babies anywhere else.

I am very happy bringing my animals to Pinion. I live out off Red Rock and I feel it’s been worth the drive in.

Overall first impressions were great. I unfortunately did not get the name of the beautiful attendant who took care of my bunny but she was very proffesional and did a great job of giving me any important information I needed to know!

Don’t like parking lot pic up. Wasn’t able to be with pet, ask questions, know his weight etc.

I only gave one star to the exam rooms since I didn’t even go in. So I don’t have an opinion on them. But other than that you guys always are very helpful and organized. Just wish we didn’t have to wait so long. But I understand you guys are very busy.

Exam rooms were clean and odor free but very warm and stuffy for me and our animals. Also, the front desk did not confirm with the doctor or tech what was actually completed and there was almost an overcharge of $80.00
