I felt the doctor and the worker before the doctor were incredibly sincere and spent enough time to wear i felt listened to and cared for.

The waiting area is rather small and some animals are not well behaved and the owners can not handle their pets. It causes undue and un-necessary stress and chaos. The staff is professional and patient.

Amazing caring vet. ??

I was expecting to go back to the exam room and meet with the dr. I did not like not being able to go back with my pet. I had to relate concerns back and forth with tech and I forgot to ask a question I had. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pinion is such an excellent clinic! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Particular shout out to Dr. Thomas and Danielle for being the very best at what they do and caring for my 3 pup pups like their own!

It was an excellent visit. We got to have Miss Anna trim nails and that always makes Riley more comfortable. He loves her so much. Everyone else was great as well. Virtually no wait time too.

The staff who told me vetsulin was the same as NPH became angry in demeanor only when I asked her to ask Dr Thomas to correct the writing script to NPH, slammed around a little said something under her breath to the girl closest to the door. I assured my feet were out of the way. She lightened up with my jokes about in medical field we have an expression”shit happens, you’re in medical field too,” just have to let it run off like rain. “. She didn’t mistreat me, and was better by time I left. Ok after she called me back to correct the error.

I m pretty frustrated. I wanted to talk to a doctor but I couldn t because it was a no-charge pre-dental and there was an urgent surgery so the doc was too busy. I dropped off some new blood work results. A tech came out with my cat and referred to the bloodwork with diagnosis of kidney disease and saying it wasn t clear if she had 2 months or 2 years left. Not cool to leave me there. I am going to cancel the dental.

I have been to a few vets in town, Pinion is the only one i will be recommending in the future, I have never felt more comfortable and secure and I m sure Charlie feels the same.

Let your customers know if you are running late, we got there 25 minutes early and did not see the DR until 45 min past our appointment.

Wonderful in every way. Although a deeper explanation as to what was happening to my pet would have been welcomed.

The staff is wonderful, from the front desk to the Vet Tech to Dr Thomas. Patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. Their concern for both my dog and me, was greatly appreciated. My questions were answered and an explanation of her condition and options was patiently given me. Although we were referred to a specialist for further treatment I will not hesitate to use Pinion as our vet in the future. Thank you, staff and Dr. Thomas.
