I am very happy bringing my animals to Pinion. I live out off Red Rock and I feel it’s been worth the drive in.

Overall first impressions were great. I unfortunately did not get the name of the beautiful attendant who took care of my bunny but she was very proffesional and did a great job of giving me any important information I needed to know!

Don’t like parking lot pic up. Wasn’t able to be with pet, ask questions, know his weight etc.

We Love Pinion Veterinary Hospital always take great care of our furry babies ??????????

I only gave one star to the exam rooms since I didn’t even go in. So I don’t have an opinion on them. But other than that you guys always are very helpful and organized. Just wish we didn’t have to wait so long. But I understand you guys are very busy.

The doctors and staff are helpful! My pets always get excellent care!

Exam rooms were clean and odor free but very warm and stuffy for me and our animals. Also, the front desk did not confirm with the doctor or tech what was actually completed and there was almost an overcharge of $80.00

I am understanding of busy hours and understaffing but the level of chaos was a little overwhelming. The tech called the incorrect name in the lobby for 10 minutes before I asked if she meant my dog and then I was brought back about 15 minutes after my appointment time.

Just one minor comment. We were asked to arrive at 7:20, but the office didn’t open until 7:30. Easy fix for you. Other than that, everything went well.

I had a great experience with Pinion Veternary. I was lucky to get a cancellation. I appreciate the thoroughness of the entire procedure and follow-up.

I had a hard time making an appointment. I tried several Times to do it online, but it kept saying the service wasn’t available. Before I finally got through by phone, I had called and got hung up on twice on different occasions. Other than that, the visit was great.

You have always takin good care of my dog panda and I am very grateful for that. Your staff is a friendly bunch and you can tell that they care and take pride in their efforts.

I was very disappointed that we were not quoted an emergency fee then were charged $100. I was told it was a cancelation. We have been going to Pinion for a very long time but haven t been super happy as of recently.
