Jax very much prefers the desiccated liver treats that you have. He says they are larger than those I buy and more appropriate for a growing dog like him.

I would have liked to have talked to my Dr. about my pets condition.

Sometimes things are missed. I ask for a medication or food and don t receive a call back. I have to call again to request.

i would have liked to have heard the doctor s reply to the questions i sent in to her with the aide. though we chatted, we did not cover my concerns. it s partly my fault not asking for the answers but also she could have noted my concerns.

Dr.Boss was very attentive. I have been a client for over 20 years. She always is respectful & knowledgeable. I trust her judgement. A good visit.

It is so hard not being able to cone with my fog and talk to someone about everything involved with getting a spay and all the “optional” procedures that go with it. For a new dog owner, it’d be nice to actually talk to a vet inside in person. Also, as much as I like the office, sometimes it feels like there are extra charges for everything. For example, if we’re paying tons of money to spay, etc, couldn’t you throw in a complimentary mail clipping?

As usual, everything was handled very professionally and COVID precautions were followed. Keep up the great work!

It was nice of Dr. R and tech to bring Buck out and talk vs a phone call. Looking forward when we can come into the clinic and have one on one while pet being examined. Have a nice day.

It’s very frustrating still not being able to go in with my dog. She gets very upset leaving me and it causes unnecessary stress on both. I don’t see why people can’t wait in their cars and walk in when you guys are ready. I love your clinic, but this is difficult.

It would be good to return to normal, or at least have the option to be with your pet for visits to see, ask questions as the appointment unfolds organically. We ve learned that Covid is no worse than any flu season , for the most part restrictions have been relaxed-i.e. many businesses and even restaurants are open to the public etc

Dr. Paige always makes me feel like my dog is her only concern while she is working with us, I like how she explains different options for tests, procedures and products. Every question is treated with respect and she is always professional.

I was told on Wednesday morning that I would have estimate within 24-48 hours. it is now sunday evening. no estimate has arrived but at least 3 generic emails from you have arrived.

Forgot to do his nails this trip and previous one. No biggy. Forgot to aspirate a lump last year. Other than that, We LOVE you guys!
