Definetly a 10! Our chocolate lab Cooper has always had the best care for both vet and kennel services at St. James Vet. He loves coming here and we trust the always caring and friendly staff. Thank you for taking such good care of our big goofy lab.

My helpers were Stephanie, Dr. Melton, and KJ gave Shilo a bath after an overnight stay. They were all highly professionly, pleasant, and very helpful---seeking to answer my every question. I ve been coming here for almost 20 years, and have sent you countless new clients because I ve been so pleased with your services. I trust my animals lives and deaths in your hands. Our dog was at the clinic for boarding, The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about her care. Her check-up appointment was originally scheduled for a later date, but they called me to see about completing her check-up while being boarded. I appreciated them doing this to save me time and another trip to the clinic.

Derek was a great technician. Took the time to explain things where my husband could understand. He was patient with my dog who can be pretty difficult. He worked hard to find the best solution for my dog and family. Casey the lady at the front was very friendly and inviting.

Your office is the best wouldn’t take my fur baby’s any place else

I would love extended hours. I have been with your practice since 2006 and have always felt my pets health were in exellent hands. My only concern at this time is the inability to speak to a doctor who is familiar with my dog in the middle of the night when needed. I’m told to call vet hospitals that don’t know my dog and his needs. I just have to drive a 100 miles only to be told to just monitor my pet until I can see my vet. This is the only issue that may make me go with another vet who would be available in the night. Two years ago my dog got ahold of some zylatol, I called on Christmas Eve and Brian gave me a regiman for my dog. That kept me from having to drive late at night a hundred miles and risking an accident with a deer. I still thank God for Brian that night.
