Your office is great and we appreciate your services very much. The only suggestion I have is this; If a discount could be offered for families with multiple pets being seen at your office, it would be helpful. While my family has the desire and great facilities and property to care for more dogs needing homes, the veterinary and medical costs for responsible pet ownership is prohibitive. A relief for preventative medical care would sure be helpful in this arena. Thanks for listening.

It sounded like things were a little chaotic the day of my dog’s appointment, but I had no issues at all with the visit with Dr. Chitwood and Derek. They were both great and took time with my dog despite the busy afternoon! However, my experience with the front office staff was less great. I was understandably put on hold when I called to say I’d arrived, which was totally fine, but when I came off of hold I was somewhat confusingly told to wait, then hold on, then that I could come in, and then the call was ended. When I came in, I was greeted somewhat brusquely by one of the staff asking “who I had again?”. When checking out, there was not much eye contact made and the transaction was again pretty brusque. Everyone has bad days, but I just wanted to share anyway, since it did make a little bit of an impression.

I would love to hear more about the wellness plan if you offer it.
