you need to get over... I ve been immunized with booster charge me for a best mask/cover-all so i can go in with my dog..I guess over explained is good!

Dr Lempert is an excellent vet. She is as good at dealing with owners as she is with their pets... an unusual combination of skills.

I did not go inside the facility, so I do not know how clean it was. However, in the past, it has always been very clean.

We are grateful for the work-in appointment for our little guy, for compassionate staff, for listening to past bad experiences elsewhere (the first time I ve really been able to articulate and grieve the loss of that pet), and for the proactive care plan moving forward. The care we received from initial call to treatment plan is worth the hour drive in Austin traffic. Thank you!

Surprisingly refreshing! This was the first time, in a very long time, that the front desk was kind and helpful. I am hopeful that you are able to keep the person who listened to me, asked the right questions and obviously read the notes on file for Miles. She should be the example for her peers to follow!

I didn t fill out the survey because it didn t make sense to me. Most of the questions don t make sense in the way you are handling everything now. However, my visit lately was FIVE STARS all around.

We were very happy to find a Vet that works with Guinea Pigs and was recommended by a Piggy Rescue (Now Sanctuary). Piggies may be considered Pocket Pets but to us they give lots of love and are just as important as the rest of our family!! Thank you for taking such good care of them!! I like the doctors, but staff is underwhelming. It also appears that you always have a doctor out, resulting in short staff who are rushed and/or can t get me in soon.

Love your place but I wasn t aware an annual titer wouldn t suffice for Bert to get chiropractic care. I understand it s policy I just wouldn t have wasted anyone s time if I had known.

We’re so grateful for White Rock. You always get us in, and I can tell that everyone there truly cares about our dogs, about their physical and emotional well being. We deeply appreciate the kindness and care shown to our furry family members at White Rock. All the veterinarians, office staff, and technicians are wonderful.

I have had my share of different veterinarians through out my life and I can honestly say that the entire staff at White Rock are by far my favorite. Everyone is so nice at White Rock, what I love and appreciate the most is the follow-up call a day or so after your visit to check on your fur baby. I will always be a White Rock client.

As always had an amazing appointment. Been coming to White Rock for several years now and we have seen Dr Lempert and Dr Turner for our Guinea pigs. Always a wonderful experience! Our tech John was friendly, and had a great positive attitude. Kept us updated often on our appointment progress ??

This was for a dropoff appointment. The dropoff procedure was okay, but the pickup procedure was a disaster. I had already been told my pet was ready for pickup, and it s a 20 minute drive. When I arrived I was put on hold at least 3 times and it took nearly 30 minutes before I was finally able to leave with my pet. I m glad I did not have an appointment of my own afterward.

Absolutely amazing service! I felt all my questions were answered and staff was knowledgeable. Dr. Miller exceeded my expectations. The vet tech was friendly, too.

I was seen about 45 minutes after my appointment scheduled time. I was appreciative that we were able to wait in a private room during that time.

This is the very best vet clinic I ve ever gone to. They exceeded absolutely everything I could have hoped for. I will be transferring my 2 cats and dog to them!

After receiving the shots and talking to Dr. Miller, the technician said they would be right back. After waiting 35 minutes and nobody returned, I walked out to front desk to ask what was needed and they had no idea I was back in the room and did not know what else was needed. It then took 10 more minutes for somebody to find out what had happened and they took payment from me and said I was free to go. However, I am unsure if we really received all of the services that were paid for. Upon review of the invoice I saw that I was due to obtain a fecal and urine sample but no vials were provided so I had to go back to ask the front desk who had no idea about it and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to go find the vials and label them with my dog s information. Extremely poor experience at White Rock Veterinary

Was told it would be ~$120 on the phone when I arrived and checked in but I declined one of the vaccinations so she said she would remove it from the total. But then after the visit was told the total was ~$130. Asked what something was in my bag they gave me and it was a bottle to collect a fecal sample. I was never told anything about that nor what to do with it so when I asked what it was she just asked me if I wanted to do that. I said no, I don t think it s needed so she took it from me and then my charges were ~$100. I feel like extra charges were trying to be added on and it s especially poor practice to not even be told what I d need to do for it. If I didn t ask, I would have been charged for that and never even known I was supposed to do anything with it.
