Everyone at White Rock is so wonderful! Thank you for working my guinea pig in and saving me the Emergency vet fee! He’s doing great again. We first came to you with our guinea pigs only and stayed at our old vet with the dogs, but the way you worked us in for emergencies made us decide to transfer our dogs care to you as well. So now we are a White Rock family entirely. I also appreciate that you never try to upsell or use unnecessary procedures that would run up the bill. The veterinarians are very caring and knowledgeable.

I cannot comment on the cleanliness of the facility as I was unable to enter. As for the amount of wait time, I would have liked to know how long the appointment would be as I could have made plans accordingly.

Ashley did a phenomenal job shaving out Issy’s mats. No one has ever done such a superb job!

Dr. Schroeder Is the key reason why I go to White Rock. I followed her from her clinic in Millwood. She is a fantastic doctor and has correctly diagnosed two really shoulder medical cases for my pets. She has a wonderful best side manner and wonderful soft skills.

Dr. Schroeder is awesome. She always spends time answering all of my questions and I really appreciate that. All of the Techs and office staff are really sweet and kind too.

Just want to comment that although we had to wait a bit longer than usual, I totally understand and didn t mind at all. Plus, the technician and Dr. Turner apologized several times for the wait and you get stars for that! :-)
