Everyone was great, I would just like an explanation of the procedures / care that were performed / required for my pet. If things aren t needed for the survival of my pet, I would like to know. I would like to be able to know or have the ability to research the benefits / risks associated with medications / treatments that are recommended before I authorize administration. Thank you!

Due to a communication breakdown we were of the impression our appointment was 15 minutes later than it was actually scheduled. When we arrived we were told we would have to be worked in (which wasn t inherently an issue). However being worked in resulted in us being there for right around 2.5 hours with little to no communication of status, how our pet was doing, or when we would be finished.

Thank you so much for taking care of my precious dog Nilla. Taking her to yalls office when she broke her leg was the best choice.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you folks. You always fit me in when I need an appointment, you always return my calls and I like ALL the doctors. I adore Dr. Schroeder. And there was a lovely Indian woman there the other day and I am so sorry I don’t know her name. I was upset because I had to put a foster dog down and I just didn’t catch it. She was very compassionate and I really appreciated her help with my little dog.

The team at White Rock is very friendly and work diligently to get your pet s taken care of in a timely manner, all with proper Covid protocols. Great team!
