I m glad to be able to go into the building and meet with the doctor in person again!

A little awkward checking in over the phone, then waiting outside, but Covid has changed a lot of things. Schedule seems to fill rather quickly I made this appointment way ahead at the staff s suggestion. What happens if my dog needs attention right away?

I wish I could schedule Beau’s booster shot on a Saturday. Working Mon through Fri 8:30-5 makes is VERY difficult to schedule M-F.

We have been slowing moving all of our many pets over to the care of White Rock. Very pleased with the knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff.

We had an appointment for September but were able to reschedule after our dog was experiencing allergy problems.

Dr. Turner is a great vet and is always very gentle and affectionate to my cats. I have recommended your office to several pet owners in my building.

Some of the receptionists are not very friendly. Scheduling for an appointment is very difficult and when patients call to say they may be a few minutes late due to traffic are told they have to be there at the appointment time but then sit on hold for 5-7 mins before someone checks them in.

We always love bringing Tika and Martin in! I love how professional the staff is, how clean the facility is, and how the building looks and feels like a medical facility should, especially after visiting my mother-in-law’s vet for a sudden issue with her dog. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Turner is always very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Although my cat is nice and patient with the vet and vet assistant, she needs her space- especially if the vet is done with her exam. My cat hissed at the vet assistant three times while the vet was on the computer. I’d rather the assistant give my cat space and let me handle her if the exam is over. She just did not want to stop petting her for some reason, to the point that my cat lost her patience. It’s all innocent but I felt it was excessive affection that’s not necessary when an animal is in a stressful situation- especially if the owner is there to comfort the animal during conversation.

Johnn is a very knowledgeable and caring member of your staff and gave me valuable advice.

I do really like Dr. Miller! It s about time you let us back in teh building. the curb side was not cutting it for me at all. Service was not good during that time. Glad to know it s back to normal.

I would like to point out the new hire which gave the upmost concern about our pets and if she answered all questions completely. Even though she apologized she was new, I told her when she spoke, you could hear her heart in her voice. However, this is not to say the others did not care or show concern, but it was her heart voice which made me smile on the other side of the phone call. She shows in her voice how much she cares not only for the animals which were seen, but also concern the owners understand doctors directions for medicine or care. The ladies which came out to gather the animals were sweet and one even scared me by accident when I turned around. I was laughing, but I think she apologized. All in good fun I say! It was difficult to understand the ladies with the masks on as I am a bit hard of hearing and read lips better in person. So, is there any way which the masks could be removed when speaking with me? I would greatly appreciate it!!

I brought my small puppy in with his shot records for his initial visit. His first shots were never documented so When I went a month later a tech was concerned if he had his basic shots because you all did not have them in your computer! Why would this not be documented into his chart? I was told to bring a fecal sample back in 3 weeks and that I would receive a reminder call - never received that call. I call today to get heartworm medication which is based off of weight. Welllllllll, his most recent weight was never recorded. They only had his weight from his FIRST visit. I know y’all are busy but really?!? It shouldn’t be hard to make sure things are documented. Extremely frustrating to pay hundreds of dollars and get below par service for my dog and not even have his basic health info documented. Extremely upsetting and just unacceptable. The LEAST we can do is record shot records and weight. Seems like his chart is empty. Was recommended here but very regretful.

We didn’t get to go inside, so I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the facilities, but the overall impression I received from every person I encountered or spoke to tells me that the interior is wonderful as well. The price quote/bill was much higher than we received from other exotic vets in town, but the quality of care really was top-notch. Everyone so clearly loves animals and cares about their well-being. Communication skills with clients were wonderful as well!

Dr. Miller was fantastic. However some of the techs and those on the phone were extremely rude. In addition twice we asked to have the pups nails clipped it never happened instead we were met with sass.

Excellent service and they were able to see our Buster at the last minute without an appointment. We are very grateful to Dr. Miller and staff. Our doggy is doing great thanks to the service.

I had two separate appointments for the same thing for two different pets. We ended up having all of the same meds prescribed ( minus a rabies shot) but this appointment cost me $120 more! Not to mention I drove 45 minutes to your office. Unfortunately, I cannot justify this inflated cost. The explanation was not adequate so after years of being a loyal customer, I may have to reconsider.
