Dr. Miller was great! She listened and answered all my questions. I will definitely return with my entire four legged family

I think its time to open up the building within social distancing measures. The parking lot thing is akward.

Seemed to be very organized during the procedures to follow at this time. Some questions aren’t applicable since I waited in the car, but was happy with how the appointment was done, the call to check on Rocky the next day & the call for bloodwork results.

Some aspects of this survey are really not applicable with the changes due to Covid 19. Not quite the same when you are seeing the vet via teleconference. Sad you are not boarding animals now... leaves me in a pickle.

Sadly, our Speckles passed away on his own terms today. As always, your office has been amazing and we thank you for all you did to try and save him.

Because of the pandemic, and precautions taken, I had to wait in the car for about 25 minutes before my rabbit was taken by the vet tech. Then, it took about 15 minutes before my television with Dr. Miller. Wait time is my only complaint, but it cannot be improved under the current circumstances.

Appreciate the attention to social distancing via curbside

I appreciated how much time Dr Miller spent talking to me over the phone, especially not being able to go into the office. I also was very pleasantly surprised with the call the next day to check on my two buns after their vaccinations.

I know it was hard for everyone to work on my snake but i really appreciate the efforts you put into its genersl heath! I dont think anyone says thank you! So Thanks so much to everyone! Keep it up! Angel Peraza- pet: Noodle

I can’t rate facilities as due to Covid19 I had to remain in my car. But the appointment was handled very BBC well.

With everything that is going on, I’m very happy to say White Rock is taking every precaution while still keeping their professionalism. I feel safe leaving my 4 legged kids with them, and they have always taken the time to answer all my questions.

I would suggest the staff who bring the pets to the vehicles do a little better job of social distancing while talking to customers. I observed conversations taking place way too close. Otherwise, everyone is doing a great job.

Everyone was great! The vet tech that helped (possibly named Eric) was great!

Prices are a little steep

We did not get to see inside due to current issue. All in all the day of appointment was efficient and friendly. Not a long wait time. Did great considering several appointments and adjustments due to virus.
