I was very pleased with the length of time it took them to take care of my prairie dogs and bring them back out to the car. They made sure I had everything before I left, they even brought out the food ahead of time to make sure it was not forgotten. I was very pleased with the whole situation. Thanks Dr. Riggan and Staff, yall are the best.

My appointment was for 11:30 but did get in until after noon. I was told they were very busy, which I understand but would have liked to be informed beforehand. Also, with the Covid-19 stuff going on I really do appreciate everything the staff did to keep me, my dog and themselves safe. Go job!

Dr. Turner failed to see a flea infestation on the physical exam of my cat and suggested an unnecessary and expensive bloodwork procedure to gauge my cat’s condition. If Dr. Turner had been more thorough with the physical, the problem would have been discovered much sooner and the treatment would have been effective and less expensive.

Last year my min pin passed away, and the experience we had with vet that took care of him was horrible, and traumatic. When I needed to make an appointment for my cat, I was nervous about finding the right vet for him. I did a search on google, and saw your office had a 5 star rating, so I figured I would give it a try... I m so glad I did because it was the best experience I ve ever had at a veterinary clinic. Every staff member I had contact with was so kind, personable and answered all of my questions. The comfort knowing your fur babies are in very good hands and taken care of properly is PRICELESS. Hello WRV staff! First of all, I came in on a busy Saturday during this COVID-19 craziness after a stressful night of trying to find an emergency vet open and willing to see rabbits. The staff was amazing at coordinating my curbside appointment and I am so thankful they were able to fit Hakuna in. I have recommended WRV to all of my friends, and they also have only the best things to say about their experience there. I know all the staff, vets and vet techs work in a crazy environment every day, compounded with the crazy environment we live in today, it was so amazing to see their smiling face (under their masks). You guys operate like a well oiled machine! I always tell everyone that there is only one place I trust to take care of my baby Tuna (Hakuna)! Thank you for everything you all do- thank you for always meeting us with compassion and kindness! Be well!

Felt rushed the whole we were in the exam room with the technician and the vet. Vet was talking too fast did not spend time with is not our pet. It was a very quick visit. They spend more tine talking about the costs of visit than the actual reason or after care of visit. Not satisfied at all and I will not come back to this Vet.
