Great patient care slthough VERY ecpensive...almost unaffordable. ??

White Rock Veterinary clinic rocks! We ve been bringing our two dogs to White Rock for over two years now. Everyone there is friendly, courteous, and the vets are all amazing. Whenever someone asks us to recommend a good veterinarian, We ALWAYS recommend White Rock. Thank you for everything you do!

I was very happy with the virtual visit with Dr. Miller. I was concerned that I would not be able to talk to her!!! So glad that I was able to do so.

Dr. Miller is amazing. She is so caring and thorough.

Overall, the curbside arrangement was okay. Hopefully, in the future we will be able to do face-to-face visits. Due to the curbside visit, it was a longer time to get an appointment. Also in face-to-face visits, you may remember something you wanted to ask the doctor but on a phone call you might not.

I am so grateful to have a great place to bring our for rabbits!

You guys are awesome and have a new costumer for life.

I love Dr. Schroeder....she’s an excellent veterinarian. In my opinion, these are the things done well: excellent veterinary care, billing is thoroughly explained, and receiving a follow-up call the next day is appreciated. The department that’s lacking is customer service. Everyone is helpful but not friendly with the exception of one girl. Her name escapes me. Anyway, there was a receptionist that worked there, I think her name was Heather, she was excellent. She was always friendly and accommodating. She was a great example of what good customer service looks like. When I leave, I don’t feel appreciated as a customer. If it weren’t for Dr. Schroeder, I would find a new vet clinic.

This visit was very different than our usual visit due to covid 19 precautions Care and communication was very good for the circumstances I really prefer to be with my animals during exams and treatment and look forward to a return to normal visits Thank you for protecting our animals and us owners during this difficult time

I think you’re very expensive, but I love my vet. for her I remain with you. We are not rich people many like myself and like your business right now are struggling to survive. I’m on a fixed income, with no extra money to spare. I wish you could cut us a break.

The wait time was long, but it was expected and multiple staff apologized and have an explanation of why. We were not upset by the wait time and are grateful for Saturday appointments.

I should have asked the total cost before ok for X-ray It was meg but my rabbits bugling eye were due to stress but that’s ok

I pulled into the parking lot for the bunny vaccine clinic last Saturday and was immediately greeted by the technicians who were very friendly and gave me a sheet explaining what I could expect from the vaccine including possible side effects. They took Monica inside and she was back outside with me within 5 minutes. It was all so quick and professional. Thank you White Rock! I wouldn t take my bunny anywhere else but here!

First time coming here myself, though I m sure I met some of you before as a volunteer at HRRN. I haven t been inside the clinic yet due to the pandemic but very friendly service at my bird-pooped covered car (yellow crowned night herons). Lucita bun is doing very well. Thanks!
