Best vet for my small pets that I ve been to

White Rock is incredible - from the receptionists, to the vet techs to the doctors. Dr. Limpert listens, responds and supports us always in our care for Isis. I just wish it wasn t so far for us, but in the scheme of things, it is always worth the drive. There are some things the vet techs don t know about rabbits and that is okay - Dr. Limpert always fills in any gaps.

I am so blessed to have found this vet for my beloved furbabies. Kudos for the passion and love.

The technician cleaned examining table during our visit, since she noticed it hadn t been cleaned from previous visitor.

At the end of the exams I wasn t sure if I needed to wait in the room to pay or go up front since both the tech and doctor left (they had explained there was an emergency surgery needing to start), and the tech didn t return within a minute or two. Maybe just a little better clarification as to where I need to wait to finish. But thanks for all that you do!

Dolly did have some kind of reaction on Wed. after the shots, wobbly and weak. She s okay now though (Sat. after apt. on Mon.).

The girl that checked me out that morning wasn’t very friendly but other then that it was pretty good!

I am still waiting for an answer to my follow-up question, but in all fairness, it was a question I should have asked when I was there. And I only submitted it yesterday.

The vet and vet assistant very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time and made me feel like me and my animal were important. They answered any questions I had, and made sure I understood everything. This was the best vet experience I have ever had.

The only reason I ever continue to keep going back to White Rock Vet is because of the awesome team that patiently works with their customers. I hope this place always stays just as amazing as it s always proven to be. :)

I’m happy with Dr. Miller but I wouldn’t recommend White Rock to others because it’s too expensive and additional services are almost always (except this visit) being recommended.

We love Dr. Lempert! She’s so compassionate and knowledgeable. She is one of those rare experts in her field who knows her stuff and uses common sense instead of running every possible test first. I trust her absolutely with my precious guinea pigs. That’s why we come to White Rock. Solid care at a reasonable price.

Couldn’t ask for better service and better care for my pet. Staff is always friendly, professional and helpful.

Everyone at White Rock is always so awesome! It helps that my sweet Pappy van Wrinkles is a bit of a celebrity due to his rare breed. Seriously though, everyone is always helpful and friendly. I wouldn t take my pets anywhere else. Thank you for everything you do!

Best vet clinic ever - Dr Schroeder is always super accommodating and very honest and sees your pet through any circumstance - I can’t be happier to know this vet clinic and the entire team is my fur babies vet !

The pickup wait was a bit excessive. I mean no offense but we were called and told our ferret was ready for pickup. We arrived 15 minutes later and waited another 25, almost 30, minutes to actually have him. They had to call 3 times for the back to bring them out and in the time that took, 4 other patients in the lobby had come AND gone on their way with their animals. I love the care we receive with Dr. Miller. There s no one better. I just wish it didn t take so long for pickup.

I continue to be threatened by the staff with additional charges for difficulty . My dog is the opposite of difficult. So I am confused as to why I continue to get these threats.

Dr Lempert and Heaven the technician were awesome !! They offered many options for the care of my dog Zoey . Both were very friendly and I look forward to seeing them in the future .

I absolutely love the level of service I receive at WRVC. Wyatt (my dog) can be quite a handful but the staff handle him like a charm. Thank you for taking such good care of all my critters. ??
