I really appreciate Dr. Riggin working my dumbo rat Sahara in that very day. She is very special to us and his care means a lot to me as he very likely saved her from pneumonia. I hope he will see all my little furries from on.

The clinic is always so clean and the staff is always nice. The techs take time to explain things and they are gentle when handling pets. Dr. Lempert is really great. She always takes time to fully explain things.

I was so impressed with Dr. Turner during our visit. She took extra time to make my cat feel comfortable, which in turn made me feel at ease. Other vets we have seen in the past did not take that extra moment, which shows the care and love that Dr. Turner has for animals.

The staff were very welcoming, and the nurse and doctor listened to my dogs habitual habits and adapted that to their approach and interaction clearly making my dog comfortable with being in their faucility

I don t recall a urine test on previous blood/kidney tests, but perhaps you were able to get a sample with us knowing in prior times. While I appreciate the opportunity to get it myself since the tech wasn t able to, it is quite a bit more difficult to get than a fecal sample. I appreciate allowing use to get the full value of the tests we are paying for (I assume that s the logic), but the take-home urine test wasn t expect.
