The tech came to my car to give my dog her flu shot. Quick, easier on my goofy girl, and the kindness was very much appreciated.

I love being able to pay my bill in the treatment room! Kelli did a great job of explaining the costs of the day’s procedures as well as my options. Dr. Schroeder, as always, was extremely knowledgeable & pleasant. Dr. Schroeder offered some great solutions to a concern I had about my dog. She & Kelli really showed how much they care about my pet. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

I had to leave my bunny for additional testing, and when I left, both front desk people were busy and didn t even look up at me, so after waiting a while to see if I needed to do anything to check out, I left. I got a call a little while later telling me I hadn t paid the balance due and that the additional testing (an ultrasound to be sure he didn t need emergency surgery on his liver) would not be completed until I did. I was on a conference call at the time (only answered because they called twice in a row) and couldn t give my credit card information right then, but I called back within probably 15 minutes and paid. My bunnies have been patients of Dr. Riggan s for nearly 20 years, this bunny was potentially dying, but it seemed like collecting money (that my history with the office clearly shows I will of course pay) was all that mattered. Very disappointing.

My prairie dog will be 11 years old this Spring. Peanuts has been having health issues cause of his age and Dr. Riggan was so good to see him on a day he wasn t suppose to see animals. He knows how much I worry because of his age and saw him anyway. I would not take my prairie dog anywhere else. I belong to a group and they all think so much of Dr. Riggan cause he helps us. Everyone there is so polite and helpful at White Rock Veterinary Hospital.

The only worry I have is that when I come in for my rabbits upper respiratory infection I’m given an antibiotic without the doctor offering a ‘sensitivity’ test to find out what bug my rabbit really has, and what antibiotic is best for it.

I can always trust White Rock Veterinary‘s staff to take excellent care of my pets. My cats have had several visits and procedures with them. All expenses are given in detail, there’s never any surprises. Any worries or concerns are listened to compassionately. They will call to check up after procedures too.

Dr Turner, went above and beyond with Dutch, our little pup that was just diagnosed with Megaesophogus. As new puppy parents and new ME parents we were scared and had a lot of questions. She took all the time to make us comfortable, answer all of our questions, and request that she do more research. I have had doctors offer to do research but I have never had them follow through!! As promised a day later she followed up with her findings and a treatment plan for our little man. I can not thank her enough and will sing your praises from the rooftop!

This was my first visit to a vet in over a decade, and I was so impressed with Dr. Turner and the vet tech. They were so kind and respectful toward me, my kids, and their (extremely nervous) pet rat. Dr. Turner called to explain to me everything she had observed and to give me her recommendations for treatment. She took plenty of time talking with me on the phone and at the office, and was respectful of my choices for treatment. I was really happy with the whole experience. Thank you!

Everything’s great! I am very impressed that Dr Miller found the tumor in the abdomen of our Rabbit Santana. I hope she makes it. I am sad about her eye! But the service has been great so far.
