Dr. Turner is the best, she is very knowledgeable, caring, and goes the extra mile to take care of our pets that each have unique needs.

I waited for almost 30 min past my scheduled appointment before asking a technician (who was doing curbside with another patient) what was going on. Seems someone should have told me Dr. Riggan was running very late! I understood when told he had a sick bunny. But it was getting hot and Bonnie and I were waiting in the car.

Such a great first experience with this wonderful team, the veterinarian was super helpful and went the extra mile by having the tech demonstrate nail clipping for me. The tech was also lovely and spent plenty of time showing me how I can trim my squirmish bunny s nails! Thank you all so much :)

This hospital cares about animals. They fit my pet in when other hospitals wouldn’t on a busy Saturday. I will be coming back to this hospital for my pet ferrets health.

I didn t actually see the office facilities (#10), but the parking lot was lovely.

I had to call at the last minute for a tech appointment and I want to express how grateful I was at the efforts of the staff to accommodate me. Marie

I really appreciated the veterinarian coming out to meet me in person in my car. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. I greatly appreciate that the staff was quick to help us when we had complications following my rabbit s procedure and did not charge us for the tests necessary to make sure he was going to be ok.

Thanks for keeping my dog alive and getting him in when he does crazy things. ?? I appreciate ya ll. FYI- he passed two scrunchees (found one in back yard from last week). I m banning all scrunchees!!!!

Took 6 hours for vet to look at my pet, and she did so in between surgeries. Didn t do an x ray but billing was fixed and I didn t have to ask about the extra cost. Over all I m sure the wait was a one time thing, and the service was excellent

I am so grateful for the compassion and care I and my pet received at White Rock. I would not hesitate to turn to them again with an exotic pet even though they are 1 1/2 hours away.

Dr. Miller was super friendly and explained everything I needed to feel comfortable with my pet s care. Dr. Miller answered all my questions regarding how to overall better tend the needs of my pet. Great service!

I really enjoyed my vet tech. She was very polite and professional and great with my pup. I didn t have an appnt. with the vet but I gave it a 5 star any way because every time I have had a visit with them they have been great.

Could not comment on the office due to Covid procedures

I love White Rock ...i would never take my dog , Scout anywhere else...the staff is always so beyond helpful and the vet always takes so much time to answer all my questions without seeming rushed ( even though i am sure all the vets are so busy). I also really appreciate the times i have to call and reschedule how helpful the staff is

In a time of fear and heartbreak after Heart was injured, you guys were quick to respond to Heart s needs, as well as taking time to answer a 6 year-old s questions. That alone will make White Rock my vet of choice for future pet needs. I am truly grateful for the care, concern, and kindness!!!
