We had 2 dogs expressed. We told the technicians please clean the dogs afterwards otherwise foul smelling liquid gets all over us and the car. They did not listen. 1 dog came out reeking of perfume but we could still smell the result of the expressing. They tried to cover up the smell instead of cleaning it up like we said with soap and water. The entire car as well as my person reeked. We had to pay $75 to get the interior of the car cleaned and it still smells. Thanks White Rock. ??

Wait was a little long but honestly an hour in the grand scheme of things isn’t bad for a well check on a feisty bunny and the safety practices for COVID were great.

Couldn’t answer the question about office being clean since no clients allowed in office due to COVID-19 restrictions

The vet was confusing. I felt like I was put in the position to figure out what the treatment plan should be as if she wasn’t confident on what to do. I thought an X-ray was going to be done and that did not happen. She was very nice though. Just was a confusing conversation.

The dr called me right away to provide me an update on my cat & what was her health status. I didn t really have to wait that long to pick up my cat. The customer service was great!

This is the only practice I am comfortable going to! We foster Border Collies through a rescue organization and even though they are not partnered with you all, we pay for the services out of pocket because I can’t imagine taking our pups anywhere else!

The front desk was a little rude and seemed annoyed to be helping me merge my accounts. She didn t explain to me that my dog was already on my account but instead proceeded to ask for clarification on what I wanted in a rude tone. Didn t appreciate it but everyone else on the staff was very friendly and sweet!

Don t guilt people into procedures that are basically over the top or unnecessary. It seems like it s just a money grab in the name of my dog s health. Granted I want him to be health, but it s just a bit too much. Thanks

This was the first time we had Lucy to the Vet since Covid. I was impressed with how well it went and how much they kept us in the loop during Lucy s treatment.

One of the most thorough vet visits Ive ever attended. Staff truly loves animals and shows with treats given during curbside service. and Sarah Miller take the time to explain procedures and overall health of our pets. Excellent care and service!

Is there a place to forward cute client pictures? Always a pleasure dealing with Dr Riggens and all the staff at White Rock. Wish we were back in the office together again.
