Overall great, and we really value Dr. Miller s guidance, advice, and the time she takes with us; the techs were also very polite and also seemed to care about the dogs. My two constructive feedback points are: 1. there s quite a sticker shock with two dogs checkup, preventative bloodwork, vaccines, etc. but that may be unavoidable. 2. I arrived 5-10 min before my appointment, and didn t leave until 2 hours later. Again, I really appreciate the time Dr. Miller takes, so that may be unavoidable.

Thank you so much for seeing my dog the same day when she hurt her eye. Fen is a rescue from AAC with abuse in her past so I was nervous about her nit wanting to go into the building without me, but the vet tech was so sweet and gentle with her that it took all her fears away. And Dr. Turner is awesome. We were with a vet that’s closer to us (you’re a 45 min drive away), but I’ll be bringing my dog to you from now on. Thank you again for working us in and being so nice! I would just like to thank you guys for working Coco in the schedule twice in one day, due to a last-minute emergency (HGE) and Dr. Schroeder truly helped save my dogs life because I had no idea what was going on. Even in the past when Coco had a bad allergic reaction from a bee sting you guys worked her in right before close. I know I can always rely on you to help and I wouldn’t want to take my dog anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Staff Waiting Time
I was told that an emergency had occurred at your clinic 40 minutes before my arrival and that I had to wait anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes. When I asked why I did not receive a phone call to tell me to come in later I didn t get any answer. This was not the first time this happened. I understand I might wait that long if I get my dogs vaccines at emancipet where I pay a whole lot less money, but your clinic that charges as much as a doctor s office for humans should have the curtesy to call if it looks like you are going to be late.

thank you so much for squeezing me in during a full day to see my bunny for head tilt. Going to a new vet can be nerve racking but everyone was so kind and efficient. Even during times of COVID I feel like wait time wasn’t very long and the vet spent plenty of time answering my questions on a phone call. I’m so grateful for yall!
