The entire staff at White Rock Veterinary Hospital is awesome and caring. I always feel like my pets are well cared for. They are diligent about following up even after you leave the office which shows their genuine care for the well being of your animals. I have been with them for about 4 years now and I couldn t be more pleased with the experience.

I think one of the employees was as confused as I was when I tried to go into the lobby. I was not aware of the Covid-19 procedure. It would be good to make the instructions more noticeable in the confirmation email (maybe red letters). I honestly just scanned and pressed confirm

I rated everything 5 stars, however I didn t know why the computer didn t allow me to click any star. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you Doctor Shroeder and the staff at White Rock Veterinary Hospital for treating our little bunny. Everyone was kind and helpful. Our Ollie is doing ok now.

Thank you so much once again for squeezing Bon Bon in so I didn’t have to wait any longer to get him seen for his stasis!

My experience overall was excellent, however, my only suggestion is that I would have liked some info on how to give the meds to my pet. For instance, my ferret was spitting out his liquid meds and luckily I had a friend who had experience giving the meds give me some pointers on how to hold and aim for maximum medication administration success. Overall, great!

I had the hardest time finding a vet that would treat a small animal like a guinea pig. I was so happy to find that you were right in my city all along. I was stressed because my Steve was not doing so well, he actually had stopped eating. When I called the staff urged me to come in right away. After a quick evaluation, it was determined he needed his teeth filed, an IV of fluid and a little pain med. Prior to bringing him there, he wouldn t eat and he would no longer squeak, just two days after, I am happy to report Steve is eating and squeaking again! Thank you so much for the care of my little fur baby! You are now my go to for all my pet needs!

We love your staff! Dr. Schroeder is amazing. Everytime we pick up RX at the window we are greeted in a friendly way. Johnn with 2 n s was super friendy when he came to the car to get our two dogs for their annual. It really goes a long way and inspires confidence. Dr. Schroeder, I can t say enough kind words about you. You have treated so many of our pets over the years through good times and very sad times. We sure do appreciate ALL of you at While Rock!
